All this week over on Hollywood Crush we've been featuring exclusive footage from Robert Pattinson's audition tape for the 2008 comedy, "How To Be." I figured that since some of you might have missed it, I'd round them all up here for easy access. Isn't that nice? Here's the first of the clips:
You can read the write-up for that first part right here. You can also find part two right here and part three right here. Stay tuned too, because we'll soon have two exclusive clips from the actual movie for you to check out. Enjoy!
I envy you Twilighters, I really do. As a lifelong "Star Wars" geek, I remember well the anticipation leading up to the release of the prequel trilogy. Sure, those later episodes didn't please me as a fan in the same way that the originals did and continue to do, but the mounting excitement, the event surrounding each release, it was a hoot. So I envy that you get to go through all of that excitement-- it makes for fun times.
Since I can also relate to the joy of seeing most of the movie in clips and stills before it even hits theaters, I'm here to bring you the latest photo gallery update. A whole new batch of "New Moon" stills for you to enjoy, roughly a dozen of them. Just click the image below to be magically transported to our newly updated flipbook gallery.
Today, the latest effort from "Donnie Darko" director Richard Kelly -- recent MTV Movies Blog guest editor -- hits theaters: "The Box." It's a creepy flick, following a married couple who receive a mysterious package in the mail containing an ornate box with a big, red button set into it. They learn that pressing the button will earn them $1 million, but at the cost of the life of someone they don't know. Sort of a Sophie's Choice: poor and guilt-free vs. wealthy and burdened.
Now that the movie's out, it's time for Kelly to start thinking about what's next. The subject actually came up during a recent interview he gave to Ain't It Cool News. Since "Twilight" is all the rage these days, the conversation inevitably turned in that direction. There's one movie left without a director, and Kelly's keeping his options open. Read more...
FROM MTV.COM: All week long, you've been exposing the innermost thoughts of the "New Moon" stars with questions submitted on the MTV Web site, getting their take on everything from scooters to "Twilight" plot points they'd like to see to what they find when they Google each other.
Now, the week is coming to an end and we have our final installment of "New Moon" Stars Answer Your Burning Questions — but don't worry, we've saved the best for last.
You might be a die-hard, but do you know which "Twilight" star once dropped out of acting for more than a year, just because of a dare? Or who can't start the day without listening to Justin Timberlake and T.I.? Read on for the answers to these and more questions, then feel free to post more of your best Mike Wallace-type queries below for the next time a "Twilight" star swings by the MTV studios.

FROM MTV.COM: Tim Burton digs supernatural stories: the goth-comic ghost tale of "Beetlejuice," the headless killer from the great beyond in "Sleepy Hollow," the undead love story of "Corpse Bride." In a way, Burton knows vampires too, resurrecting Bela Lugosi — the definitive cinematic Count Dracula — in the Oscar-winning biopic "Ed Wood."
All of this has made "New Moon" vampire Jamie Campbell Bower think that Burton should direct "Breaking Dawn," the expected film adaptation of the final book in Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series.
Jamie Campbell Bower Wants Tim Burton To Direct 'Breaking Dawn'
This week, MTV.com has run a veritable cornucopia of interview snippets with members of the "New Moon" cast. We'll be talking to the stars -- Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner -- tomorrow (along with everyone else), so think of this week's round of questioning as a palette cleanser, something to whet your appetite in advance of the main course we'll be dishing out over the coming weeks leading to the November 20 release of "New Moon."
MTV reporter Larry Carroll probes cast members Billy Burke, Jamie Campbell Bower, Kellan Lutz, Edi Gathegi and Nikki Reed on a variety of topics, from the musical tastes to what they're spending their "Twilight" paychecks on. Hit the jump for highlights and links to the full articles. Read more...
FROM MTV.COM: When "30 Days of Night" filmmaker David Slade took the reins of the "Twilight" sequel "Eclipse," his appointment seemed to raise more questions than answers. Would the über-violent filmmaker create the bloodiest film of the franchise? Would he attempt to broaden its appeal beyond women and teenage girls? How much of the creative voice would he wrestle away from Stephenie Meyer and make his own?
Now, many of those details are coming into view via a top-secret cameo Slade has filmed ... with a 1980s new-wave rock icon.
"[When I was young], I was a huge fan of a guy who does a cameo in 'Eclipse,' a guy named Peter Murphy," revealed Billy Burke, the veteran actor who plays Bella's father, Charlie Swan, when he stopped by the MTV studios this week. "He used to be the singer of Bauhaus."

I'm going to have to rely on you expert Twilighters to tell me what's new in this latest "New Moon" TV spot. Not much, as far as I can see. I can't recall seeing that shot of Bella (Kristen Stewart) reflected in the eye of the wolf -- a cool visual, by the way -- but everything around it seems familiar. So let us know please, in the comments section below or @MTVMoviesBlog on Twitter.
Also, you can hit the jump to check out a relatively new (a week old maybe?) featuring on the Volturi vampires. Remember to get your "New Moon" cast questions in before the end of today! Read more...
FROM HOLLYWOOD CRUSH: So apparently "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart doesn't want to be like a certain Oscar-winning UN ambassador who has given birth to Brad Pitt's children. "I don't want to be a movie star like Angelina Jolie," KStew told the British magazine Fabulous.
If you ask me, Angelina has a pretty darn impressive personal and professional resume — one nearly any human being on earth would kill to possess — but, hey, who am I to question Kristen's dreams and nightmares? I've admired her gritty acting talents since 2002's "Panic Room," and with "New Moon" coming up in a matter of weeks, her career is only on the rise. But if she doesn't want to model her career after Angie, who should she aspire to be? And, almost as important, whose Hollywood fate should she do everything she can to avoid?

As I told you all earlier this week, MTV ace reporter and Twilighter-in-residence Larry Carroll will be speaking with the cast of "New Moon" (in theaters November 20) very, very soon. And while he has plenty of questions prepped and ready -- heck, there have been strategy meetings to that effect -- he also wants to give you fans a shot at having your own queries heard.
So... here's how it's going to roll. The interviews will consist of four solo sessions, with director Chris Weitz and stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. There will also be three group interviews, with the members of the Cullen family, the Wolf Pack and the Volturi, respectively. That's seven interviews, four solo and three group. In the interests of keeping things fair (and manageable) please send along no more than one question per interview. We'll pare the list down (there's bound to be some overlap) and do our best to make your voices heard. To submit your questions, just e-mail us at tips@mtvmoviesblog.com before the end of the day today.
