Summer blockbuster "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" is out on Blu-ray and DVD today. The discs are loaded with extras, as you'll find out later in Brian Jacks' DVD Report. You can get a sneak peek though. In the clip below, an exclusive glimpse at the bonus content, star Shia LaBeouf talks about the experience of his second go-round with "Transformers" and the joy of watching newcomer Ramon Rodriguez go through the same things he did.

Are you familiar with Bay-hem? It's a condition afflicting many people -- myself included -- which drives them to seek out the films of Michael Bay, even the ones with "Pearl Harbor" in the title. It's a sorry, if action-packed, existence, and MTV's Josh Horowitz tries to break "Transformers" star Megan Fox of her own addiction in the clip below. Not going to happen, she says. Can't say I blame her.

The clip comes from Josh's interview with the "Jennifer's Body" star, which will be featured this Friday in the latest episode of "Behind the Screen," which airs at 7pm on MTV. You'll also be able to check out exclusive clips and interviews relating to "Clash of the Titans," "Ninja Assassin" and "2012," so be sure to tune in!

The below clip is so funny, I just watched it twice. How much would you pay "Jennifer's Body" star Megan Fox to hear her sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"? Understanding of course that anything you can offer her probably pales in comparison to what's she's made starring in two "Transformers" movies for Michael Bay. MTV's Josh Horowitz offers her $300, but no dice. And that's just the start of the hilarity.

This is all to get you pumped for the upcoming episode of "Behind the Screen," which you can catch this Friday on MTV at 7pm. The below clip is an outtake from the hour or so Josh spent with Ms. Fox, meaning you'll be seeing all new material on Friday. So hit play and enjoy the funny, then tune in for "Behind the Screen" to kick off your weekend!

BrunoHow weird is it that, out of Sacha Baron Cohen’s three trademark characters, Ali G is now the least famous of them all? With this past weekend’s strong “Brüno” opening, the UK-born and raised funnyman has once again fooled the world into believing that he is someone else. Where he goes from here is anyone’s guess, but as we play Monday-morning quarterback there is an even more pressing question: is Cohen the greatest cinematic "chameleon" of all time?

There are few things I love more in a movie than when an actor fully immerses himself in another persona. Sometimes it’s for comedy, sometimes it’s for drama... but whatever the performance is in the name of, when done right it can make that performer a legend. Below are my favorite "chameleon" actors of all time. Post your thoughts in the comments section and tell us where SBC ranks among these greats or any others. Read more...

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallenby Alan Kistler

Over the years, the Transformers have occasionally crossed over with other fun franchises. There have been Transformers/"Star Wars" toys. The Autobots teamed up with Marvel’s New Avengers team. There have been several comics in which the Transformers worked against or alongside the G.I. Joe team. In one of the early comic issues, the Autobot called Cliffjumper even teamed up with the amazing Spider-Man.

In the movie world, plenty have enjoyed similar team-ups. Look at "Freddy Vs. Jason" or "Aliens Vs. Predator." With "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" freshly released in theaters, why not push the envelope a bit further? Here's a list of some crossovers that I think would be a lot fun to watch, each supplied with my own idea of how the story could bring the characters together. Enjoy! Read more...

Our friends over at Buzzworthy have been waiting patiently for a look at Linkin Park's "New Divide," the official theme of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." The wait continues even now, but that hasn't stopped them from getting an inside look at the making of the new video, courtesy of Linkin Park turntablist and video director Joe Hahn.

'Terminator Salvation'Forget about your Wall-Es and your R2-D2s. As "Terminator Salvation" will prove to audiences this weekend, like so many sci-fi flicks before it, robots are simply not to be trusted. Their cold logic, susceptibility to tampering and tendency to regard human beings as "inferior" are all red flags. Real world concerns like the threat of nuclear annihilation and global warming are important of course, but killer robots will be the end of us all if we're not careful.

As I mentioned above, Skynet's 'Terminator' machines are just one example of the constant robot threat we all face. Prescient Hollywood creatives have been warning us for years, decades even, that our species will eventually be crushed beneath a cold, metal fist. Consider these examples… Read more...

FROM MTV.COM: As far as summer 2009 is concerned, the red-hot writing pair behind "Star Trek" aren't finished with us yet. Their second strike hits soon with the June 24 blockbuster "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," and these days the screenwriting duo are dreaming about further blurring the lines of pop-culture.

"I'd love to write a scene where Spock meets Optimus Prime," Alex Kurtzman laughed.

"I guess we did," his partner Roberto Orci revealed, making reference to the "Transformers" character who uses TV and radio signals to speak. "Because at one point we have Bumblebee [in the new film] using audio from 'Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan.'"

Tom Hanks in 'Angels & Demons'This weekend, audiences will be perched on the edges of their seats as Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) works to save Vatican City from the destructive potential of a single gram of antimatter in "Angels & Demons." Unless Hollywood’s power players lose their collective minds, it likely won’t be the last time the human race is threatened by a fictional destructive device either. It certainly isn’t the first. Just take a look at these other Hollywood-spawned weapons of mass destruction. Look at them and take heart in the fact that most of them won't ever exist. Probably. Read more...

Michael BayHe’s known for making the biggest movies in the world, awesome spectacles of big-budget, bombast, and blown-up stuff. Now, Michael Bay wants to take a break between “Transformers” sequels to make – a small, personal film?

“I would like to take a year off,” Bay explained to us recently, tempering expectations of a “Transformers 3” production by saying he wants to get away from outer-space robots and focus on humans for a while. “I might do a small movie in-between.” Read more...
