If you missed it, we chatted with "This Means War" leading lady Reese Witherspoon last night during an MTV First dedicated to the flick. Her onscreen character Lauren is lucky -- or, rather, unlucky -- enough to start dating two men who turn out to be best buddies and coworkers at the CIA.

During the event, we debuted two new clips from the film, which you can check out right now. The first plays up the action side of the movie, with one of Witherspoon's beaus, FDR (Chris Pine), crashing her date with the other, Tuck (Tom Hardy). And we mean literally crashing: when Lauren goes to collect herself in the bathroom after the surprise appearance, FDR and Tuck manage to destroy the restaurant.

Spies have had it bad as of late. If they aren't the hollow centers of this week's generic action movie, they're one half of an on-screen couple in a shallow quadrant-hitting action comedy. James Bond may be the only redeeming representative left from the shadowy profession, and even he can err on the side of dumb on a bad day.

Just when it seems like the glory days of shadowy figures in trench coats, listening in on tapped phone conversations are long gone, "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" comes along. It's a slow, nuanced and complicated film that most people wouldn't classify as a thriller, but don't let that fool you. Gary Oldman and his legion of brilliant supporting British actors, along with the Swedish director Tomas Alfredson, have crafted a brilliant, suspense-filled tale worthy of your money and attention.

Here are five reasons to check out "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy."

With the summer movie season officially wrapped, it's time to turn our filmgoing focus toward the generally more appealing fall fare. The first of this season's must-see movies is "Warrior" starring Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton and Nick Nolte, directed by Gavin O'Connor ("Miracle").

This film is about many things: honor, duty, love, family, but mainly it is the story of two brothers beaten down by bad luck and personal demons, who when left with no other options, enter a mixed martial arts tournament with the hope of being able to fulfill promises made to their loved ones. And O'Connor, who also co-wrote the film, pulled no punches (pun intended) in exposing audiences to the intense, gritty world of MMA.

Check out five reasons why this film is a must-see after the jump.

Tinker Tailor Soldier SpyIn recent years, we've learned better than to judge a movie by its trailer. But "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" is sure challenging that ideal.

A second trailer has hit the web courtesy of MSN, and on the surface the Cold War-set espionage thriller certainly looks flawless. The movie won us over once it announced that its leads included Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Colin Firth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Toby Jones, John Hurt and Ciaran Hinds, but this look at "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" also shows that it's going to be putting the ensemble of actors to good use.

Check it out past the jump!

You can't have a strong movie without a strong script (unless you're some weird kind of moviemaking magician that we've yet to come across), and thankfully, there were plenty of powerful scripts that made it to the big-screen this year—with plenty of dynamite dialogue to boot.

That's why it's a very competitive field in the newly created Best Line From A Movie category at the MTV Movie Awards this year, and there's just no way we can decide on a winner ourselves. Luckily for us, the decision falls upon you guys! Read on for the full list of the Best Line From A Movie contenders, and cast your vote for the winner today!

FROM MTV SPLASH PAGE: Christopher Nolan's first two Batman movies were not only great films, but they also set a new standard for viral marketing campaigns. With today's launch of "The Dark Knight Rises" website, it appears that they've moved the bar even higher, and revealed the first look at the character everyone's wondering about: Tom Hardy as Bane.

Like all good marketing campaigns, the big payoff was revealed only after fans conducted some sleuthing worthy of the Dark Knight himself, and it all started with the launch of an official website at TheDarkKnightRises.com.

Joseph Gordon-LevittJoseph Gordon-Levitt, fast on the rise thanks to his breakout role in Christopher Nolan's "Inception," is about to reunite with a few members of that dream team for his latest project: none other than a trip to Gotham City in "The Dark Knight Rises."

Gordon-Levitt's role in the film remains under lock and key, and Deadline even notes that he's just in talks at the moment. But his schedule is clear for when the Batman threequel starts shooting this spring, having just wrapped his work on the time travel thriller "Looper" with Bruce Willis and Rian Johnson.

We don't need to harp on how awesome this news is. We all know how awesome it is. It's especially awesome because it's an unofficial reunion between Eames and Arthur, the characters played by Tom Hardy and Gordon-Levitt respectively in "Inception." (Hardy is starring in "TDKR" as Bane, the masked nemesis who "broke the Bat" in the comic books.) But Nolan, you're such a tease! Why don't you give the fans what they really want: an official "Inception" sequel starring Eames and Arthur? We can see the possibilities now… Read More...

'Abraham Lincoln'Benjamin Walker is about to be sworn into office...again.

Most recently Walker appeared on Broadway, where he received raves for his work in the irreverent musical, "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson," in which he played a sexy, swearing, singing version of the President of the United States.

Now, perhaps carving a rather unique niche for himself, Walker will skew presidential history again, as he's been brought on board to play Abe Lincoln in Fox's "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Walker will be directed by Timur Bekmanbetov ("Wanted") in the big screen adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's 2010 novel of the same name, in which Honest Abe battles the bloodsuckers in the midst of the Civil War.
