MadeaIt's Good Friday, and not just because Robert Pattinson has a new movie out. The Easter weekend has officially kicked off and the tweets are alive with celebratory glee. You don't want to miss how Hollywood's funniest comedians are celebrating the good-est Friday of them all!

While a ton of big name films are opening today, only one has been trending for the past 24 hours. "Madea's Big Happy Family" has taken over the Internet but not everyone is excited. One TV personality has a complaint to file with the concept of justice.

Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsReactions were bouncing around Twitter-Wood all day regarding The Beatles finally appearing on iTunes. Alyssa Milano offered a rebuttal to apathetic critics, while the creator of the "Scott Pilgrim" books unearthed a surprise.

Feeling about the TSA body scanners showing up at airports have prompted considerably stronger responses, meanwhile. Duncan Jones and Stephen Colbert sounded off with their thoughts, and Edgar Wright discussed what he could and could not mention regarding his opinion on "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1." Get a taste of what's in store when it comes out next week down below; you'll also find out who ran into the Rock and who's been hanging out with NPH on the "HIMYM" set.

TransformersTyrese Gibson said that yesterday would be the last day of filming for "Transformers 3," and it looks like everything went down as planned. In fact, according to his posts he treated Michael Bay to a Lakers game to celebrate.

Former President George W. Bush has also been doing some celebrating, now that his new book "Decision Points" is out. He received praise from both Donnie Wahlberg and Stephen Colbert today on Twitter, though one of those posts might be a little more sincere than the other. Check out what they said after the jump, along with what it might be like to hire Randy Moss for yourself... and which "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" actress now seems to be on Twitter, though has yet to be verified.

Lil WayneLil Wayne was a hot topic for conversation on and off of Twitter today now that he's out of lock-up. Donald Glover hopes someone was able to get a picture, while Marlon Wayans sounded skeptical, and David Faustino expects big things for Weezy tonight at his post-prison release party.

Halloween costume pictures have still be showing up as well, and you can find Billy Burke and Jason Mewes sharing what they wore after the jump. They're there along with Stephen Colbert's thoughts on Prop 19 failing in California, Elizabeth Banks with a face from "Lost" and the shooting location where you might have seen Emmy Rossum working today.

SupermanZack Snyder's director colleagues expressed approval over his newly announced gig on the Superman reboot yesterday. Both Brett Ratner and Duncan Jones sent their regards, while Snyder just put up an image of a postage stamp.

A few more lively scenes showed up, too, though. Wes Craven and Pee-Wee Herman posed for a shot together, and Miranda Cosgrove got into a snowball fight while celebrating Christmas a bit early. You'll know what I mean when you take a look at the mayhem below. It's there along with Emma Roberts' pick for best film of the year, Marlon Wayans' harsh words for the 49ers and Stephen Colbert's concern for hobos.

Some of the tweets were serious and some were less so today, as Stephen Colbert made headlines testifying before a House subcommittee. Pop singer Eddie Fisher's death also resonated in Twitter-Wood, with his daughter Carrie Fisher commemorating him with a post and Alyssa Milano among those sending condolences.

Last night's new episode of "Community" brought some smiles, though, and actress Yvette Nicole Brown shared a look at Donald Glover's Spider-Man duds from her account. Check out what he looked like down below along with David Hasselhoff's words of sympathy for Lindsay Lohan and a shot of Neil Gaiman on the "Doctor Who" set.

The worlds of "Eclipse" and Motörhead may have seemed mutually inclusive to you before today, but photo post from actor BooBoo Stewart today proved that that divide can be crossed. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a Lemmy Kilmister cameo in "Breaking Dawn," though.

In other Twitter-Wood action, Stephen Colbert pondered what appropriate attire would be for the Glenn Beck rally in Washington, D.C. on Saturday. 50 Cent pondered some political aspirations as well, inspired by Wyclef Jean. You can read about those below, along with Brett Ratner's endorsement of the movie "Catfish" and Dax Shepard's excitement about "Jersey Shore."

Just Diablo Cody's pregnancy tweets have come to an end, so have Alanis Morissette's begun. The singer and actress proudly proclaimed her new status today, and seems to have picked up the baton where the Cody left it.

A few posts sneaked out of current entertainment projects as well over the last 24 hours, as Mark Webber showed off a Michael Cera shot that he saved from "Scott Pilgrim vs. The Wold," Robert Rodriguez completed "Machete," and Ice-T discussed Jennifer Love Hewitt's involvement in an upcoming episode of "Law and Order: SVU." Find out more about that, as well as what Stephen Colbert thinks about the girl in the job-quitting whiteboard prank after the jump.

Angelina Jolie may have secured a Twitter account, but she's locked it down and doesn't appear to have any plans to tweet anytime soon. That may come as a disappointment to Conan O'Brien, who noted the development today. Elsewhere, Jolie's new movie "Salt" just made Bret Easton Ellis space out and contemplate "powerful movies."

Twitter-Wood posts unrelated to Angelina Jolie over the last 24 hours included a shared moment between Kal Penn and Olivia Wilde that seems to have involved a gold cart and "House M.D.," as well as a Chatroulette prediction from Stephen Colbert and birthday cake for Zack Snyder's daughter that Star Wars fans should enjoy.

The "Eclipse" actor tweets continued today, this time with Alex Meraz going out on the town before the London premiere. Eli Roth got excited about the film's box office successes, and Neil Gaiman has been hearing about it from his daughter.

In other tweets, NBA free agency stories are flying around sports pages right now, and Shaquille O'Neal made feelings know about the subject on his account. 140-character-or-less statement can be found below, along with the words of a newly converted "Jersey Shore" fan and Simon Pegg's iPhone horror story.
