Some celebrities are so recognizable, so iconic, they only require one name: Oprah. Bono. Madonna. Prince. Cher. Beck. Beyonce. It was only a matter of time before two of today's biggest singularly-named phenomenons joined forces to become one unstoppable force: Madea and Snooki.
MTV has exclusively snagged the new poster for Tyler Perry's latest venture, "Madea's Big Happy Family" which features the actor/writer/director/producer dressed as Georgia Shore, a character that's an obvious nod to "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

What would "Eclipse" look like if it featured Edward and Jacob fighting over Snooki instead of Bella? Well, you can see for yourself in a pictures that the "Jersey Shore" star posted yesterday. In the meantime, Actual "Eclipse" actor Alex Meraz talking about his favorite scene that didn't make the final version of the film (or any version, I'm going to assume).
Form your own opinion after the jump where you'll see reactions to the USA's World Cup win over Algeria, Kat Dennings and Diablo Cody's exploits making "Scott Pilgrim" avatars and a pic of Tom Hanks from "Larry Crowne."

You may or may not be aware that at this very moment there are people waiting in tents with images of Robert Pattinson on them to see "Eclipse." Today's Twitter-Wood links to photographic evidence of such behavior and contains thoughts from female Wolf Pack member Tinsel Korey on the matter.
"Toy Story 3," meanwhile is already out in theaters, and you shouldn't need to camp out overnight to get in. I've included some more micro-reviews to day along with photos from Jeremy Piven and Michael Chiklis and dirty thoughts from Russell Brand. Find out what he's thinking and who might be addicted to "The Bachelorette" after the jump.

Whether or not it ends up being called "A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas," "Harold and Kumar 3" has begun filming, according to writer to writer Jon Hurwitz's tweets today. His movie will follow in the footsteps of other third-chapter films, such as this weekend's box office monster "Toy Story 3." That film's director posted a shot of one of his favorite fans, while actor Nathan Fillion believes the movie may have been the beginning of a very successful date night.
In other posts, Tom Felton and Warwick Davis appear to have had a grand time at Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter over the weekend. Felton even posted a TwitPic from the experience. You can check that out after the jump along with Damon Lindelof's Snooki vs. Sookie question, and picture of Snooki's biting technique, which may answer his question.

The fun part about watching Kevin Smith's hockey tweets is that that he's actually a fan of the sport in general, as opposed to just the New Jersey Devils. Jeremy Piven and Dave Coulier, meanwhile were a little more explicit with their praise last night when the Chicago Blackhawks took home the Stanley Cup.
Some country music performers took home some accolades last night, too, over at the CMT Music Awards. David Spade and Snooki saw some friends while they were there from the looks of their tweets. Check out who they were hanging out with after the jump along with a shot of Julia Roberts and a glimpse of what "Eclipse" looks like in IMAX.

The MTV Movie Awards are so close we can almost taste the butter on those golden popcorn statues. Or is that blood, sweat and tears? No matter. On with the show…soon!
Saturday morning begins with delicious memories of last night's inaugural visit to Umami Burger — glorious! sublime! — and the realization that the next hours are going to be super hectic. We'll be hanging fly-on-the-wall style during host Aziz Ansari's rehearsals, chatting with Katy Perry and Pauly D and Vinnie from the "Jersey Shore," and continuing our coverage of every single inch of the Gibson Amphitheatre as the Movie Awards come to life. Some days it's just too easy to select a Pic of the Day, and Brett Ratner posted a slow pitch this morning that was straight across the plate to Twitter-Wood. He may even make you wish that you had a magical leprechaun companion as well.
Meanwhile, it's been a long day since Oscar nominations for 2010 were announced, and I've got even more reactions that are retweeted below from Neil Gaiman, Eli Roth and Omar Doom. Check those out after the jump along with Snooki's response to rumors about nude photos of her being shopped around and a "Mad Men" actor who was none too thrilled to find out someone commandeered his iPod. It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 2, 2010. Read more...
