Justin BieberAmerican Music Awards tweets consumed most of the Twitter-Wood feed Sunday night, with Justin Bieber pulling in the most celebrity endorsements by far. Personally, however, I'd like to endorse Nathan Fillion's perspective on the evening, as he remained focused on what really matters.

Airports, however, weren't nearly as luxurious as the AMAs this weekend, and if you were flying you were probably worried about whether the TSA was going to scan you or give you a pat-down. Samm Levine proposed a trick to beating the system, while Judd Apatow pondered parenting decisions. Find out if you agree with either of them after the jump, right beneath John Hodgman's expectations for "Mad Men" Season 5.

The Dark Knight RisesFrom the looks of her Yfrog posts, Rose McGowan nabbed a nice seat for Game 1 of the World Series to watch the Giants take on the Rangers. She doesn't think she looked very good, but she still shared a view that may make you jealous.

Ice-T, meanwhile, has been gunning through "Fallout: New Vegas." Like many reviewers, he pointed out how buggy the game is, but also like many reviewers, he said it's been a pretty engaging experience thus far. You'll find his words along with Judd Apatow's Halloween costume plans straight out of "Kick-Ass" after the jump. His conversation with Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Rainn Wilson's feelings about Christopher Nolan's next Batman film and your potential shot at dating Shannon Elizabeth have been cataloged below.

"The Bachelorette" touched several lives in Twitter-Wood last night, from the looks of Alyson Hannigan and Shannon Elizabeth's accounts. The show also resonated with "Vampire Diaries" and "Scream 4" writer/producer Kevin Williamson, who happened to show up with some teeth in his neck in today's Twitter Pic, courtesy of Nina Dobrev.

Yet another tweet revealed that Ice-T's been hard at work recording his voice for "Gears of War 3." You can check out some info about his character, as well as how David Spade and Olivia Wilde felt about "Inception" after the jump.

It's nice to see that Joseph Gordon-Levitt has a sense of humor about the way people are reacting to "Inception" — not that its weekend on top at the box office should have him being defensive. The movie got a largely positive, if occasionally confused reception on Twitter in the meantime. You can check out what Shannon Elizabeth, Emma Caulfield and Ice-T thought down below.

Elsewhere, Selena Gomez had a great birthday, in case you were wondering. You can find out why, along with what Jaime King might look like as Aurra Sing in "Star Wars: A New Hope," a relationship between BP and Mel Gibson as imagined by Kevin Nealon, and which "Cowboys and Aliens" scene Jon Favreau has been getting ready to shoot after the jump.

Now that Apple's new iPhone 4 is official, Twitter discussions about the device are likely to get a lot more lively before it comes out at the end of the month. Simon Pegg and Warren Ellis both took notice, though the two of them may not be excited for the same reasons.

In other posts, we already knew that the MTV Movie Awards were trending, but the "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" trailer that showed up there caught some eyes too. Steve Agee wants into a screening pass pronto from director Edgar Wright who himself was quite entertained by Tom Cruise's performance at the MTV MA's as Les Grossman. Check out what he thought below, along with a few more tweets about the show and Eliza Dushku's Sunset Blvd. scuffle.

Gary Coleman's death stirred up posts throughout Twitter-Wood this afternoon, both with positive remembrances and commentary on the lifelong issues that childhood actors can face. Ashton Kutcher, Shannon Elizabeth, Tom Arnold and Eliza Dushku counted themselves among Coleman's fans, and many others acknowledged their appreciation for his work as Arnold on "Diff'rent Strokes."

John Stamos touched on the more serious issues in Coleman's in life in his Twitter note, and Ken Jeong and Jon Hurwitz both left simpler notes. Click on past the jump and you can find out who else posted about Coleman. Feel free to leave your own responses and memories in the comment section.

The red carpet at the "Iron Man 2" premiere looked pretty swank last night, but for those of us who couldn't make the trip, director Jon Favreau dropped a photo on Twitter. Todd Barry, meanwhile, tweeted about another photo that showed up on the Internet. I can only assume he was referring to the one shown on Telegraph.co.uk of actor Randy Quaid getting arrested.

You can check those retweets out after the jump alongside Shannon Elizabeth's earthquake jitters, Diablo Cody on her "Robot Chicken" contribution and David Spade's take on "Kick-Ass." I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is Twitter-Wood for April 27, 2010.

Twitter Pic of the Day:

@ToddBarry I want the children of the world to have smiles as big as the one on Randy Quaid's face when he's being arrested.
-Todd Barry, Actor ("Pootie Tang," "The Wrestler")

@diablocody Going to lend my voice to ROBOT CHICKEN today. I've always been robotic as an actress, so stop-motion might be my calling.
-Diablo Cody, Writer ("Juno," "Jennifer's Body")

@ShannonElizab Am I crazy or was there a small earthquake this morning? I might have dreamed it. Either way I have to put a survival kit together stat!
-Shannon Elizabeth, Actress ("American Pie," "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back")

@JamesUrbaniak The M.I.A. video's allegorical use of redheads reminds me of Randy Newman's allegorical use of short people.
-James Urbaniak, Actor ("The Venture Bros.," "Across the Universe")

If you still felt distanced from New Orleans watching Super Bowl XLIV on your TV last night, you need look no further than Kim Kardashian, Jim Carrey and Shannon Elizabeth's Twitter feeds from last night. All three were much closer to the Saints' historic win that were, and one of them got to hang out with Lennox Lewis and Scottie Pippen while they were there.

If you were able to collect yourself after being brought to tears by Google's Super Bowl commercial like one "Twilight" actress was, you may have caught a glimpse of the "Dante's Inferno" advertisement or skipped over to the Puppy Bowl as Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Feig did. You can find out what they thought and see what your office may look like after Spike Jonze uses it to film "Where the Wild Things Are" after the jump. Earlier today, we brought you an early edition of Twitter-Wood packed chock-full of celebrity praise for James Cameron's sci-fi epic, "Avatar." It's a much more tragic set of circumstances that brings me back to you with another Twitter-Wood early edition.

"Clueless" star Brittany Murphy left us suddenly over the weekend, the victim of a heart attack at the too-young age of 32. The breaking news resulted in an outpouring of grief and sympathy for Murphy's family from around the celebrity Twittersphere. I'll let the people who knew her take it from here... Read More...

Tiger Woods was a hot topic on Twitter this weekend, and that meant he became a trending topic in Twitter-Wood. Somehow his Cadillac Escalade has become a subject of interest too, particularly with one "Harper's Island" actor who pointed out that the golfer wasn't driving a Buick.

"Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich, meanwhile, retweeted some great shots of homemade models based on the Disney-Pixar series, they're mighty impressive. Also impressive has been the performance by "New Moon" in theaters this month, but Jim Carrey took note of the movie's rabid fans and issues a warning in response. Check out those tweets along with sad news from Emmy Rossum, how to get to Sesame Street and Sarah Silverman's reaction to "Precious." It's all waiting after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for November 30, 2009. Read More...
