Someone with a steady hand sent Sean Patrick Flannery a picture of the best "Boondock Saints" jack-o-lantern you're likely to see this year, and he retweeted in kind. There really wasn't any other choice for the Twitter Pic of the Day.
In other tweets, David Slade continued his "Eclipse" posting with a shot of one of the film's stunt co-coordinators and Rachelle LeFevre admitted to crying during "Where the Wild Things Are." Check out those post below along an old clip of The Ultimate Warrior that Aziz Ansari dug up, how Eliza Dushku feels about Dungeons & Dragons, who wants her at his table to play and how Ice-T is faring at "Borderlands" on his Xbox 360. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for October 27, 2009. Read more...

Shannon Elizabeth has been laying pretty low with her acting career lately, but her tweets sure do fly fast and furious. She first captured the public's attention in the 1999 comedy "American Pie," in which she unforgettably played exchange student Nadia. Of course my favorite role of hers was in Kevin Smith's "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back," in which she played sexy diamond thief with a conscience, Justice.
Recently, Elizabeth attended a screening of "Zombieland," which hits theaters next week. Vampires are still the new hotness, but zombies will always be an integral part of the pop culture zeitgeist. So whenever a new zombie movie hits, you can expect to see fans strut out in their self-made zombie costumes. I can't tell if the one Elizabeth is kissing in her Daily TwitPic image is a fan or a studio rep, but it doesn't really matter, does it? You're just here to see Shannon Elizabeth kissing a zombie. So hit the jump and get to it. Read more...
Simon Pegg happily tweeted about the publicity he hopes to see "How to Lose Friends & Alienate People" get in the U.S. now that an on-set burglary has resulted in a trial. If his co-star Megan Fox wasn't enough to get the film some attention, he predicts that his testimony will be.
One film that's been getting loads of Twitter attention this week has been "Zombieland," which everyone seems to have been invited to see. Shannon Elizabeth can be counted among those invitees and gets today's Twitter Pic of Day vote with the cutest zombie kiss you'll see this week. Check it out below along with Rumer Willis' backstage shot of a Govt. Mule concert, what Taylor Lautner has in common with a roller coaster and what Richard Kelly wants to see in Diablo Cody's "Sweet Valley High" movie. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for September 24, 2009. Read more...

Kevin Smith completed his Twitter marathon today, and there were fellow Twitter-Wood feed faces like Richard Kelly and Brian Posehn there to meet him at the finish line. The Twitter-Wood report likewise congratulates him on his 24-hour Q&A session and wishes him sweet dreams while he re-adjusts to a normal sleep cycle again.
Emmy Rossum seems to be the new "Full House" star Twitter-Wood reports over the last week. You can probably chalk that up to my affinity for Counting Crows. I slipped in two more tweets on her performance with them in Central Park today -- this time with video links. Honestly, I could have made a complete report just between her and Kevin Smith today, but I did throw in Shannon Elizabeth's birthday pic, a Hollywood confession and a Twitter Pic of the Day featuring human size extremes. Enjoy! Read more...
For those of you who caught the Boise State game or "Big Brother" last night, I've got some good news for you. You can click right on ahead and find out what Seth Meyers and Shannon Elizabeth were thinking while you picked your jaw up off the floor in front of the TV. I'm in the prior camp.
Moving on, I've got a pile of photos on the Twitter-Wood playlist today. Selecting among all of Emmy Rossum's shots onstage with Counting Crows in Central Park proved too difficult, so I just grabbed one and suggest you head over to her account for the rest. Grabbing the Twitter Pic of the Day honors, however, was Brett Ratner, who posted a shot of himself with Michael Jackson and P. Diddy. There seems to be something different going on with each of them in the scene. Keep on going, and you'll see some others from David Slade and Danny Masterson, as well as commentary from Jeremy Piven on his Letterman appearance last night where he addressed his pullout from "Speed the Plow" on Broadway last year. It's in the Twitter-Wood Report for September 4, 2009.

Brett Ratner may not be making that "Guitar Hero" movie that he's dreamed about, but he is getting the chance to help launch the new game with a commercial. And he's excited -- like tweeting about it excited.
Meanwhile in Los Angeles, those wildfires are still burning, and the faces of the Twitter-Wood feed are still watching the smoke fly. Richard Kelly and Rose McGowan caught a glimpse of the flames, while Kevin Smith linked to what the little actress from "Jersey Girl" is up to these days, and Miranda Cosgrove locked herself out of her home. Find out what happened and see the proudest display of nerd-pride on the Internet today in the Twitter-Wood report for September 1, 2009. Read more...

Between her acting career and a pretty serious interest in poker, I don't know where "American Pie" star Shannon Elizabeth finds the time for another hobby. She apparently enjoys photography though, as today's Daily TwitPic proves.
I hesitate to call the scene in the below image beautiful, given the source of all that smoke, but Elizabeth clearly knows when and how to snap 'em. The captured scene is the view from the actress's living room, a location far removed from the raging wildfires which are the source of that giant column of smoke. And no, that's not the smog created by L.A.'s rush hour traffic, though it may as well be. Read more...
"Men Who Stare at Goats," the new George Clooney and Ewan McGregor film about psychic soldiers, kicked off a flurry of commentary on Twitter this week, and at least one producer out there loves Jeff Bridges' role.
There's been a lot of real-life drama sweeping through the Twitter-Wood feed as well this week, including Ted Kennedy's death and memorial service and the wildfires in Los Angeles that have forced thousands of residents out of their upscale L.A. neighborhoods. Shannon Elizabeth caught a shot of the fires from her living room window, which you can find below. It's all there along with Miley Cyrus and a factoid you likely never knew about Clive Barker in the Twitter-Wood report for August 28, 2009. Read more...
Miley Cyrus felt the need to defend her single status today on Twitter in response to at least one unnamed blog. She sounds pretty adamant that there's no beau in the picture right now. Also adamant today was actor Charlie Bewley, whose body clock was not yet prepared to start filming his first scene for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse." He joined Cyrus in Twitter-Wood's feed to share his struggle.
John Stamos won my Twitter Pic of the Day honors yet again. Ice-T keeps making a run for it, but Stamos is on a streak right now breaking out images from his photo album. Today, he cued up a classic memory watchers of "Full House" will recognize, featuring the Olsen twins in their youth. Click onward, and you'll see all of this, as well as Tom Felton's reaction to stepping on the "Get Him to the Greek" set and Jon Favreau's micro-review of "District 9." It's in the Twitter-Wood report for August 21, 2009. Read more...

Any "Star Wars" fan planning a trip to Tokyo soon should look no further than Warwick Davis' Twitter account for advice. He served it up to his "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" co-star Tom Felton today, and you will definitely want to read his recommendation.
In addition to travel advice, Twitter-Wood has proven itself once again to be a great source of Monday celebrity micro-reviews. The most popular film to see in the feed this weekend was definitely "Funny People," and I've rounded up commentary by Shannon Elizabeth, Jon Favreau, and a couple of others who sounded of today. All of those and one of Emmy Rossum's simple daily frustrations are assembled for you below. But first, for the consideration of Twitter-Wood readers everywhere, I present my pick for Twitter Pic of the Day -- courtesy of Mr. John Stamos. Read more...
