Some citizens of Twitter-Wood were able to score seats inside or at home during the MTV Video Music Awards last night. Dane Cook and Chris Pine found themselves on the wrong side of a locked door right before Eminem's performance, judging from a post on Cook's account.

Meanwhile, much of Hollywood has been focused on Toronto in recent days with the Toronto International Film Festival underway. James Gunn and Rachelle Lefevre both had important screenings going down according to their feeds. You can find out a bit more about them below along with the reason Jessica Simpson gave for sustaining rug burns yesterday and the memento Alison Brie took home from Fashion Week in New York.

Roger Clemens has been trending today after news broke yesterday that he'd been indicted on perjury charges. Marlon Wayans commented on the situation, and Jon Hurwitz just wants everybody to remember the baseball player's role in the movie "Kingpin" before they pass judgment.

It was a festive day in Twitter-Wood otherwise. Wes Craven tweeted from the "Scream 4" set. John Stamos showed off some tattoos, and Elizabeth Banks reviewed Green Day's "American Idiot" musical on Broadway. You can find out if she gave it a thumbs up or thumbs down down below, as well as where Rachelle Lefevre is going for three months and how Rob Zombie says he became God.

The Teen Choice Awards tweets didn't stop today, and Russell Brand even shared a behind-the-scenes shot with lucky lady partner. Rachelle Lefevre said she was bummed that she couldn't be there, but loves her award just the same.

In other tweets, calls are going out for an auto-tuned edition of the Jet Blue attendant's tirade from before he bailed on the runway. Former "Golden Girls" actress Rue McClanahan spent half a century in TV and film, so it only stands to reason that she had a fair number of fans and former collaborators ready to speak up in the Twitter-Wood feed today after news of her death broke. Rose McGowan, John Larroquette and the writer of "Hot Tube Time Machine" were among them.

Tigers fans felt more anger than grief last night, as a call by umpire Jim Joyce cost pitcher Armando Galarraga a perfect game. You'll be able to see what Michael Moore and Christopher Mintz-Plasse thought about that after the jump, as well as who Michael Chiklis supports in the NBA Finals and who thought "Sex in the City 2" was underrated.

With all the talk of cancelled TV shows like "The Sarah Silverman Program" and "Law and Order" in Twitter-Wood lately, it's refreshing to see talk about someone's show getting picked up. Today, the big winner happened to be Jaime King. She got the Twitter equivalent of a high five from James Gunn about "My Generation," which ABC picked up.

Some "Twilight" actresses logged in as well in the last 24 hours. It turns out that Rachelle Lefevre loves "Glee," but she doesn't think she can carry a tune. Nevertheless, she laid out how she thinks the "Glee" producers can work around that. Scope out her proposal after the jump along with Kyle Newman's micro-review of "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time," Michael Ian Black's affection for oil and Simon Pegg's harsh words for Facebook. It's all been logged publicly in Twitter-Wood for May 18, 2010. Read More...

Jon Favreau confirmed earlier this year that he included the revered Hollywood sound sample "The Wilhelm Scream" in "Iron Man 2," but last night on Twitter, he stopped short of revealing where it ended up. I'm going to to see it tonight and see if I can figure it out. In the meantime, give it a listen, and report back here if you can identify the scene.

In other tweets, Lloyd Kaufman weighed in on the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. He also expressed disgust on the part of the Toxic Avenger. Rachelle Lefevre is helping Oprah out this weekend, and Alison Brie posted a pic from her "Community" rehearsal. You can give that a look after the jump along with Larry King's photo op with Betty White. It's all Twitter-Wood for May 7, 2010. Read More...

"Twilight" watchers now have their pitch for which contestant to support in the "American Idol" finals. Apparently Didi Benami and actress Rachelle LeFevre go way back. LeFevre had a lot of vocal support when Bryce Dallas Howard replaced her as Victoria for "Eclipse," so it may be interesting to see if her followers are also impressionable "Idol" voters.

Heated though it may be, "American Idol" competition has had to go head-to-head with Winter Olympics competition this week, and Shaun White and Lindsey Vonn were on everyone's tweets last night. After the jump, you can check out who was watching, as well as who remains suspicious of Kevin Smith, who touched Rebecca Gayheart's baby and who's been hanging out on the set of "Thor." It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 18, 2010. Read More...

If you still felt distanced from New Orleans watching Super Bowl XLIV on your TV last night, you need look no further than Kim Kardashian, Jim Carrey and Shannon Elizabeth's Twitter feeds from last night. All three were much closer to the Saints' historic win that were, and one of them got to hang out with Lennox Lewis and Scottie Pippen while they were there.

If you were able to collect yourself after being brought to tears by Google's Super Bowl commercial like one "Twilight" actress was, you may have caught a glimpse of the "Dante's Inferno" advertisement or skipped over to the Puppy Bowl as Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Feig did. You can find out what they thought and see what your office may look like after Spike Jonze uses it to film "Where the Wild Things Are" after the jump. It's all retweeted in Twitter-Wood for February 8, 2010. Read More...

If ever there were a Daily TwitPic tailor-made for double-talk and wordplay, it's this one. Most of you readers know who Rachelle Lefevre is. At one time a noted "Twilight" actor -- the evil, red-haired vampire, Victoria -- Lefevre's role was re-cast for Bryce Dallas Howard in "Eclipse," the third installment in the series. The move caused an uproar among the franchise's vocal fanbase, sparking a series of public back-and-forth statements between Lefevre and "Twilight" studio Summit Entertainment.

In short, Lefevre is a vampire no more. And she proves it in today's Daily TwitPic. She no longer has a thirst for blood. In fact, she'd rather just get it out of her. Maybe not all of it -- that would have a negative impact on her health, I suspect -- but at least enough to help those in need. Yes, today's TwitPic shows us the lovely and talented young actress smiling widely as she engages in the good Samaritan activity of giving blood. Pic after the jump. Read More...

If someone in the Twitter-Wood feed hasn't tweeted a link to an organization accepting donations for Haiti, they've probably posted a question asking where they can donate, as "Twilight" actor Alex Meraz did today. His "New Moon" co-star Rachelle Lefevre, meanwhile, sent TwitcPic'd a shot straight from the blood center where she want to donate some blood. Yet another "Twilight"-er, Ashley Green posted a pic as well, but I really can tell you much more about it beyond the fact that she's wearing a crown.

The other big stories of the week remained all over the feed today. Andy Milonakis praised Jimmy Kimmel's contributions to the Leno and Conan debacle, while another actor revealed who made him cry during "American Idol." Find out who that was, as well as who took home a gift from the wrap for Michel Gondry's "Green Hornet" and what Lee Unkrich had to say about his last day at "Toy Story 3" production with a full crew and animators. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for January 15, 2010. Read More...
