Although "The Hottie and the Nottie" isn't actually playing at Sundance, Paris and her co-stars still came to Park City to celebrate their upcoming film. Although she says she could never don a "nottie" look like Christine Lakin's mole, Paris does mention an upcoming role where she wears prosthetic makeup.

Remember when your parents told you that a person's true beauty is found on the inside? Well, Paris Hilton thinks that's, like, stupid. In "The Hottie and the Nottie," the heiress will play the target of Joel David Moore's affections, with the mission being that before the magic happens, he must find a date for her "ugly" best friend. From the boys behind the "Saw" movies comes "Repo! The Genetic Opera," a wacky musical about a mainstream market for human organs where people are buying, selling and upgrading their body parts. One of the stars of the film is none other than Paris Hilton, who we interviewed recently along with director Darren Lynn Bousman. Read about our full chat with Hilton during our visit to the film's set here. For a taste, check out the clip below in which the actress says her character's song "Come Up and Try My New Parts" is almost a hard-rock single.

She's typically seen standing next to Nicole Richie, but hotel heiress Paris Hilton is abandoning her well-coiffed entourage this winter, and will instead star opposite a character more after-school special, and less celebrity sidekick.

"I didn't know what to expect going in quite frankly," admitted Hilton's "The Hottie and the Nottie" co-star Christine Lakin, when we caught up with her recently. "But I can't say enough about how much [Hilton] went out of her way to embrace both myself and my co-star [Joel Moore]; she was so lovely."

In the comedy, due out this February, Hilton refuses to marry her on-screen boyfriend (Moore) until he finds a suitable suitor for her fugly best friend, played by Lakin. "I truly look like a cavewoman in this film," laughed Lakin, who underwent two hours of makeup and prosthetics each day before shooting. "I had moles, acne and a unibrow! I was balding!" Alan Rickman, Timothy Olyphant, William Sadler...look, you guys are great. Love the mugging. Dig the accents. But let's face it, you're not what the "Die Hard" series needs. You're not real-life badasses (I've seen you in "Truly Madly Deeply," Mr. Rickman. Tisk, tisk).

No, Justin Long and I agree, what the "Die Hard" series needs most moving forward is a real-life convict, someone hard, someone who's actually been to jail, someone who can be a real foil for John McClane.

"Paris Hilton!" Long enthused. Wait, what? "I would like to see Paris Hilton be the bad guy [in "Die Hard 5”]," Long joked with MTV News. "That would be fun. Let her play a diabolical, super-scientist or something like that." The hotel heiress even bears a remarkable resemblance to a former "Die Hard" baddie, Long pointed out. "Let's face it, she is sort of like the female Jeremy Irons," he said, laughing.

Who would you like to see match wits with John McClane? Chime in below.

For a lucky few, the MTV Movie Awards are a chance to take home a fabled golden popcorn. For others, it's just a chance to meet other famous people and get your picture taken with them. Appropriately enough, our cameras caught a lot of the latter: below, see "Rush Hour 3” star Chris Tucker hanging with the legendary Sam Jackson, "The Office" star John Krazinski posing with "Fantastic 4” star Chris Evans, fellow "F4” castmember Ioan Gruffudd staying cool with "Hairspray" lead Zac Efron and Paris Hilton going from walking-to-limo to model pose in a matter of seconds.
