Owen WilsonForget high concept comedies like "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" and "Walk Hard," the idea behind "Drillbit Taylor" is a "simple one," said producer Judd Apatow.

"Kids are getting bullied and they hire a guy they think is a bodyguard when in fact he's a homeless con man who plans on robbing their families' houses," Apatow explained, calling the Seth Rogen-scripted comedy a throwback of sorts to the great comedies of John Hughes.

Which, actually, makes a ton of sense, considering the idea for "Drillbit Taylor" came, well, from Hughes himself - an old concept that was adapted and tweaked by Apatow and Co. Read more...

Ben Stiller in 'Night at the Museum'The cast continues to come together for the highly anticipated sequel to "Night at the Museum." We knew the film, subtitled "Escape from the Smithsonian" once again starred Ben Stiller, this time alongside newcomers Hank Azaria and Amy Adams, but now we know some other familiar faces are returning, plus who the villain is.

"I am playing a fictional Egyptian pharaoh that comes to life," Azaria revealed to MTV News. "I'm the villain in the movie and have all sorts of nasty plans for modern society and poor Ben Stiller gets caught in the middle of it." Read more...

Mike MyersFor Mark Waters, it's like a daydream become reality: The "Mean Girls" director revealed to MTV News that he may once again pick up the reigns of "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty," three years after he lost his first chance at the project due to Hurricane Katrina.

"Mike Myers is taking it over completely, throwing out the screenplay. He's starting over with a new screenplay that he's going to write," Waters said. "I may end up circling back to it because Mike and I have developed things together. If his screenplay ends up really great I might end up jumping back into it with him." Read more...

'Bottle Rocket'More Wes Anderson goodness for you today, my fellow Max Fischer fanatics. Yesterday I filled you in Anderson's plans for "The Fantastic Mr. Fox." Today I'll make your day if you're a fan of old school Wes, as in the adventures of Dignan, Anthony, and Mr. Henry.

For years, Anderson fans have grumbled about the crappy treatment his first film has received on DVD. The bare bones presentation of "Bottle Rocket" has been all the more galling considering the loving care his subsequent films have gotted as part of the Criterion Collection.

Well, grumble no more. Wes told me, "We've just begun work with the Criterion Collection to do 'Bottle Rocket' on a new DVD that’s going to have all kinds of stuff. There's a lot of 'Bottle Rocket' that was on the cutting room floor, so we have a lot to work with on that one."

The cutting room floor, you say? What has Wes been keeping to himself all these years? Are you pre-ordering your "Bottle Rocket" DVD right now? How do you think it stacks up in the Anderson oeuvre?

Francis (Owen Wilson), Peter (Adrien Brody) and Jack (Jason Schwartzman) discover a poisonous snake is loose in their train car. "The Darjeeling Limited," the latest from director Wes Anderson, opens in limited release on September 29.

What happened when castmates Owen Wilson and Jason Schwartzman attempted to film their scenes in a busy Indian airport? Find out by watching the video below, and when you're done with that, check out our other exclusive featurettes from the making of Wes Anderson's newest film, "The Darjeeling Limited."

Shooting in any city is a challenge, but even more so when you're looking to send a camera down a narrow alleyway in India. Director Wes Anderson plunged forward though, producing this gem of a behind-the-scenes video to give audiences a sense of what goes into the making of his upcoming quirky comedy, "The Darjeeling Limited."

Check out our other exclusive from "The Darjeeling Limited" right here.

Last week, we brought you an exclusive featurette from "The Darjeeling Limited," Wes Anderson's next dark comedy starring Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman. Well, now we have the trailer, which you can view below. When you're done with that, don't forget to check out our other brand new trailers, including Reese Witherspoon in "Rendition," Amanda Bynes in "Sydney White" and many more.

We're anxiously looking forward to Wes Anderson's "The Darjeeling Limited," so we're quite thrilled to be teaming up with Fox Searchlight to roll out a series of exclusive behind-the-scenes featurettes from the film, which stars Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman as three brothers who travel to India. We're also psyched that Anderson himself wrote a description for us of the featurette, which follows below...

"We started our shoot in the middle of one of the busiest and least accessible (by anything other than bicycle or auto-rickshaw) parts of Jodphur. Luckily, our key grip Sanjay Sami introduced us to his "rickshaw dolly" which became our favorite piece of equipment."

Justin TherouxI've already marked "Tropic Thunder" as one of my must see flicks for 2008. Judging by the cast (Ben Stiller stars alongside Owen Wilson, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., and Nick Nolte among others) and concept of his latest effort, I'm highly optimistic.

Justin Theroux, currently promoting his own directing debut "Dedication" told me all about how he and Stiller hatched the idea for the flick (Theroux is a co-writer and actor in it). He recalled, "We were watching a war [movie] DVD and there were actors talking about the boot camp they did and how it was intense. So we thought, wouldn’t it be funny if we did a movie about a bunch of actors who came back from a boot camp for a war movie and they had post traumatic stress disorder. That was the germ of the joke. And then it went from there to being a bunch of actors going to make the biggest budget war movie and getting lost in the jungle. And they end up fighting an unseen enemy and thinking they’re fighting a real war."

I asked Theroux, who's in the middle of the "Tropic Thunder" shoot right now, point blank about the most intriguing casting rumor associated with the film. Will Tom Cruise make an appearance? "I think so," he responded. Read more...
