If the pressure of live television in front of 6,000 celebrities, broadcast to millions of television sets isn't enough, MTV Movie Awards host Andy Samberg is stepping onto some seriously hallowed ground.

The Gibson Amphitheatre sits just over the hill from the famous Hollywood sign. It was originally built in 1972 as an outdoor venue but was converted into an indoor theater 10 years later. It's the third-largest theater in all of California, holding 6,189 audience members. Read more...

There are three very important questions that have been plaguing my mind for the past few months: Will our economy get better by the time I'm 30? Should I rent an apartment in New York City? Which actors are going to play my favorite characters in "New Moon"?!

OK, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit with that last one, but from the looks of it, I'm not the only one itching to find out who'll get the chance to play a werewolf or a vampire in the eagerly anticipated flick. I mean, we've heard all of those rumors, and some actually ended up being true — but after reading one after another, it just seems like everybody in world of pop culture (and their mother) wants to sink their white, un-fanged teeth into the "Twilight" franchise. Madonna's directorial debut, "Filth and Wisdom," comes out this week and MTV has your first look at an exclusive clip from the much-anticipated film. The musical project, which she both wrote and directed, tells the story of a group of London neighbors with big dreams making their way in a scene where dreams tend to never be much more than that.

In this MTV EXCLUSIVE clip from "Filth and Wisdom," Holly (played by Holly Weston) learns "the rules of the club" from Francine (Francesca Kingdon).

"Filth and Wisdom" is scheduled for release this Friday, October 17.
