The boys of summer will be back! After an eight-season run and years of speculation, Warner Bros. has finally green-lit a movie version of HBO's "Entourage," written and directed by Doug Ellin, who executive produced the series alongside Mark Wahlberg.

Running from 2004-2011, "Entourage" chronicled the exploits of rising star Vincent Chase (Adrien Grenier) and the childhood friends who rode his coattails to moderate success. The finale saw Vince flying off to Paris to marry Vanity Fair writer Sophia (Alice Eve), Ari (Jeremy Piven) quitting the agency to save his marriage, and Eric (Kevin Connolly) reconciling with lady love (and baby mama) Sloan (Emmanuelle Chriqui).

While Deadline reports that deals are currently being made to bring back Grenier, Connolly, Piven, Kevin Dillon and Jerry Ferrara, we're hoping producers put in calls to a few other familiar faces, namely, the celebrities whose cameos lent an air of authenticity to the lavish lifestyles portrayed week after week. From Andrew Dice Clay to Zac Efron, the series lured in a diverse group of bold-faced names willing to mock the industry (and themselves), to often hilarious effect.

So, without further ado, here are the guest stars we hope reprise their roles:

Here's a premise you probably never thought you'd hear: Leighton Meester and Hugh Laurie fall in love in a relationship that wreaks havoc on both of their families. But that's exactly what the comedic film "The Oranges" is about.

The movie is finally getting a theatrical release starting October 5, and MTV News is delighted to have an exclusive clip to present in anticipation of that date. Be warned, there is some inappropriate language in the video. It also will generate some terrible mental imagery, and we just read about bagel foreheads, so you know we're being serious. But the clip gives us a good sense of what we can expect from this little indie, which has one of the most exciting casts we've seen in a while.

A Russian engineering genius with a score to settle. An abandoned bear with vengeance stuffed deep inside of his heart. A young but bitter wizard trying to decide which path is righteous and which path is wrong.

These are just some of the bad guys battling it out for the Best Villain category at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards this year, and based on the lineup of fearsome foes, it's not going to be a clean fight. Keep on reading for the full roster of this year's Best Villain nominees, then make sure to cast your vote for the winner today!

Tom Felton, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1"
The returning champ from last year's show, can Draco Malfoy win Best Villain again? Though the Slytherin loyalist has done some terrible things in his time, Draco is slowly inching towards the light — and with "Harry Potter" hurtling towards the finish line, one has to wonder if he'll be a villain for much longer.

MTV Movie Awards host Jason Sudeikis makes everything better, even going to the dentist. Yes, that sounds impossible — nothing makes going to the dentist better — but trust us, it's true.

Just ask Leighton Meester, one of the Best Villain nominees at this year's show. She had an unexpected encounter with Sudeikis at the dentist's office the other day and she couldn't stop laughing for hours! Though in retrospect, maybe that had something to do with the illicit use of laughing gas. Hmm… watch below and see for yourself.

The 2011 MTV Movie Awards are coming your way live on June 5 at 9 / 8PM central.

Tom FeltonThe 2011 MTV Movie Awards nominations have been announced, and already a battle has broken out in the Best Villain category: Tom Felton, Leighton Meester and "Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich are all championing their causes and hoping you'll find their respective villains the most vicious of them all.

"Star Wars" fans worldwide are celebrating May the Fourth, meanwhile, and one Hollywood writer/actor/director made a point to remind his followers about the special occasion. And a lot of attention has been paid to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's status at the top of Maxim's Hot 100 list, but one actress is happy enough hovering at 49.

The cast of “The Oranges” is growing a whole lot juicier. Just after word got out that "House" star Hugh Laurie could make the dark comedy his much-anticipated first lead role in a film, The Hollywood Reporter announces that a slew of top-notch actors are interested in joining him. Adam Brody, Alia Shawkat, Catherine Keener and Allison Janney are all in negotiations to sign onto TV director Julian Farino’s debut in the features department.

The script by Ian Helfer and Jay Reiss, which you may remember as the piece holding the #2 spot on the 2008 black list, has Laurie starring as man who gets romantic with the daughter of a family friend. That young lady was speculated to be played by either Leighton Meester or Mila Kunis, but according to the THR report, Meester has won out. Read More...

Golden Globe Nominations were the talk of Twitter-Wood today with congratulatory posts, thank yous and reactions floating around from Jeremy Piven, Neil Patrick Harris, Diablo Cody and legions of others. "Twilight" actress Anna Kendrick was particularly giddy, nabbing a nomination for her performance in Jason Reitman's "Up in the Air."

Not all of today's tweets were about good news, though, and Ice-T was one of the first to post condolences to Eddie Murphy's brother Charlie, whose wife Tisha Taylor Murphy died of cancer Sunday. His thoughts are retweeted after the jump along with a glimpse at Leighton Meester performing at Butter in Manhattan last night. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for December 15, 2009. Cam GigandetThere's only one thing Twilighters love more than "New Moon" updates, and that's hearing what your favorite "Twilight" actors are up to outside of the vampire franchise -- especially if they won't be returning to Forks, Washington any time soon. Cam Gigandet certainly falls into that category, but happily for fans, he's continuing to enjoy big screen success. Fresh off "The Unborn," Gigandet has signed to costar with "Gossip Girls" Leighton Meester in "The Roommate."

Meester will play Sara, a college who is randomly assigned to a freshman dorm, and stuck with a roommate named Rebecca. Unfortunately, Rebecca just happens to be deranged, and becomes obsessed with Sara, targeting her friends and family. According to Variety, Gigandet will play Meester's boyfriend, which means he'll be one of the unlucky targets. Read More...

Leighton MeesterContributed by Kathleen Newman-Bremang

There comes a time in every young TV actress’ career when she decides (read: attempts) to make the inevitable leap from small screen siren to big screen bombshell. For Leighton Meester, that time is now. The ‘Gossip Girl’ star will reportedly take on the lead role in “The Roommate,” a thriller set in a college dorm revolving around Meester’s character and -- yeah, you guessed it -- a crazy roommate.

Like so many of television’s leading ladies before her, Leighton has chosen to kick off her big budget film career with a classic genre: The Predictably Unpredictable Thriller. Let’s just say the transition hasn’t been the smoothest for some of her predecessors.

So, for Leighton’s sake, let’s take a look back at the TV ladies made the move to movies- and what we can learn from them. Read More...
