"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" might as well have been a major Hollywood premiere last night, because Twitter-Wood was all over it and Ice-T even posted a shot of himself with the pair of nightvision goggles packaged with the game's Prestige Edition bundle. Other first-day buyers included Fred Durst, Diablo Cody, and possibly Michael Ian Black, whose snark is sometime difficult to see through.

In a follow-up tweet, Korey Tinsel revealed that she still doesn't have a dress for the "New Moon" premiere, so she may be forced to do something desperate. All of those tweets and more are waiting after the jump, along with an impressive home security camera video taken by producer Dana Brunetti that shows what happens when you try to steal plants from his yard. I'm @brianwarmoth and this is the Twitter-Wood report for November 10, 2009. Read more...

When "Twilight" cast members began tweeting about subjects involving missing clothing, I definitely did not expect to log on to Twitter today and find out that Christian Serratos decided to outdo all of them, but but her new garment-less PETA ad definitely succeeded.

Dane Cook and Ice-T, meanwhile, were less focused on saving fur and more intent on playing "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" this weekend, according to their posts, and at least one of them found himself in possession of some nightvision goggles. Check all of that out after the jump along with Danny Masterson's criticism for Andre Agassi, "Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich's favorite childhood toy and much more. I'm @brianwarmoth and this is the Twitter-Wood report for November 9, 2009. Read more...

Simon Pegg came a little late to the "Unseen Prequels" meme that's been bouncing around Twitter this week, but I stuck his "Star Wars" proposal along with Jon Favreau's submission up at the top of the list today just the same.

Also discovering a trend late today appears to be "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli, who's been exploring new Bluetooth headset technology. He and his "Eclipse" director David Slade show up in the Twitter-Wood report today, as does Facinelli's co-star Alex Meraz. Check out their posts after the jump, along with some more Pixar costumes from Lee Unkrich, and an M.I.A. performance caught by Nicky Hilton during the Jimmy Choo shoe debut for H&M. It all happened in Twitter-Wood, and it's in the report for November 3, 2009. Read more...

Halloween tweets were way more interesting this morning since everyone was posting actual photos instead of just being indecisive about what to wear. "Twilight" star Billy Burke took the crown for most authentic, though, with his Sid Vicious outfit. He pretty much nailed the Sex Pistols' late bassist.

"Toy Story 3" director, Lee Unkrich, meanwhile retweeted a few incoming photos he received of well crafted character costumes. Gwen Stefani stood out from the pack in that batch, doing Woody's gal pal Jessie from "Toy Story 2." Then there was Fred Durst, who appears to have put a leg up on December, posting a shot of the Christmas tree he just set up in his living room. Check out all of those, as well as reactions from the World Series, Rob Zombie and John Stamos. They're all waiting after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for November 2, 2009. Read more...

Late yesterday, Disney sent out a release linking to a video message from "Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich. There is apparently much reason to celebrate around the Pixar/Disney Animation studios these days, as the 3-D theatrical re-launch of "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2" in a double feature has been doing very well. So well in fact that the Mouse House has decided to extend the run, which was originally supposed to last for a brief two-week window.

This is great news. The first two "Toy Story" flicks are a lot of fun and all reports indicate that the 3-D upgrades are first rate. If you haven't seen them before, this is the best option for seeing them that's come along in quite some time. And if you have seen them... this is still the best way to watch them. Unkrich also had some news to share on the "Toy Story 3" front, the trailer for which can be seen running in front of the double-feature. Read more...

An epic week of "Twilight" TwitPics continues, this time with Peter Facinelli offering an actor's eye view of his favorite "Eclipse" makeup artist. Rachelle Lefevre also unleashed a few shots of her and her dog, who may not be an artist, but definitely looks soft.

Other Twitter revelations today include Fred Durst's affinity for a Boba Fett statue that he refuses to part with no matter where he moves, as well as Lloyd Kaufman's rundown of Troma films that studios have offered to remake. Read on, and you'll find out about all of that, as well as where to find the "Toy Story 3" trailer and how big of a drinking glass Jerry Lewis can stuff into his mouth. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for October 1, 2009. Read more...

If you haven't seen the T-shirts being given out to the crew for "Toy Story 3," you're definitely going to want to check out director Lee Unkrich's posts today. They're must-sees Disney and Pixar fans. I almost gave him Twitter Pic of the Day status, too, but Kevin Nealon's shot with Sarah Silverman in a headlock edged them all out. Furthermore, I couldn't pick just one side of one of the shirts to spotlight.

I've also got a nice memory of actor Henry Gibson, who passed away yesterday, thoughtfully tweeted by actor Michael McKean. You can check that out at the top of the Twitter-Wood rundown today, along with a David Slade "Eclipse" tweet, a TwitPic from Peter Facinelli out in the forest, and a note about Tom Arnold's bachelor party. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for September 17, 2009. Read more...

You readers get a treat this morning. Two Daily TwitPics for the price of one. Sure, it's all free to begin with. So instead of being a jerk about it, why don't you just appreciate the fact that today there is two where there would usually be one.

"Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich apparently put the shout out on Twitter for fans to send in pictures of their Pixar-themed tattoos, with the best one getting a studio-branded baseball cap. The two images you'll see after the jump -- from "Toy Story" and "Up" -- belong to the one winner, who offered to get the Pixar character of Unkrich's choice inked onto himself if he won. Now the director is taking suggestions for who that should be. My vote is for Luxo Jr. Tell Unkrich what you think on his Twitter feed, @leeunkrich. Read more...

Disney/Pixar tattoos lead a full menu from the Twitter-Wood feed today. If you want to see some dedicated "Toy Story" and "Up" fandom, you need look no further than director Lee Unkrich's tweets, which nudged out Ice-T's posterity shot with "Crank: High Voltage" star Jason Statham for Twitter Pic of the Day.

Photos popped up all over the feed, in fact, with John Stamos making an astute observation about one of his "E.R." costars and Paris Hilton enforcing fashion upon her dog. Check it out below, along with chatter between McLovin and his "Kick-Ass" co-star Chloe Moretz. I'm @brianwarmoth, and it's all in the Twitter-Wood report for September 2, 2009. Read more...

Could observations about the relationship between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reveal your key financial prosperity? Well, at least one CNBC analyst thinks they might, and the happy couple was amused enough to tweet their reactions today in the Twitter-Wood feed.

The feed experienced an image-heavy weekend of tweets -- enough that selecting a Twitter Pic of the Day was not a cut-and-dry decision this afternoon. In the end, I chose a shot that country music fans will appreciate and everyone else in the free world will at least experience bewilderment at. It's a candid photo from Vegas that Penn Jillette recently caught with singer David Allan Coe. Its creepy second-placing challenger was a piece of fan art someone put together for Rose McGowan. In the old days fans depended on pencils and crayons; now, they have 3-D rendering software. Feast your eyes below, because it's all in the Twitter-Wood report for August 24, 2009. Read more...
