A new trailer for the 3D re-release of the box office monster hit, "Titanic," has hit the internet, but unfortunately for you, the trailer isn't going to look much different than one from 1997.

The 2D trailer for the 3D version has all the familiar sights: Leo, Kate, Celine Dion and other horrific tragedies. The re-release will open in theaters on April 6, 2012 in both 2D and 3D.

Vanessa HudgensVanessa Hudgens broke her "High School Musical" mold with this year's "Sucker Punch," and now she'll branch out even further by standing on "Frozen Ground."

Deadline reports that the actress has been cast opposite Nicolas Cage and John Cusack in the thriller based on Alaska's most notorious serial predator, Robert Hansen, who abducted and murdered over 24 women over 12 years. Hugh JackmanMove over Liam Neeson, because Hugh Jackman is slated to be the next man to bring Jean Valjean to the big screen.

Universal and "The King's Speech" director Tom Hooper are planning on making a musical adaptation of "Les Miserables," and they're squared away on wanting Jackman to play Prisoner 24601. James BondAgent 007 has already locked in a November 2012 release date for his forthcoming return to the big screen, but less certain is the continued involvement of Daniel Craig and supposed director Sam Mendes.

Today, at least one of those two men inches closer towards the currently untitled 23rd James Bond movie. In an interview with The Daily Mail, Oscar winning actress Kate Winslet — who was formerly married to Mendes and is the mother of his children — said that she and her family will relocate to London as Mendes begins work on "Bond 23."

"Sam is doing the next Bond film, all being well, and we’ll all be in England if that happens," she said. "It’s such a massive commitment for him and it’s not fair for him to commute backwards and forwards to New York from London. It would be impossible. The children will be there with me." Despite being resigned to filming his upcoming film "God of Carnage" overseas in France, Roman Polanski had recruited some of Hollywood's best to star in the upcoming adaptation of Yasmina Reza's Tony-winning play. Christoph Waltz, Matt Dillon, Kate Winslet and Jodie Foster have been cast as film's four leads.

There's no news on which characters from the play each of the actors will play, but they will end up being cast in the roles of two married couples who meet after their children get in a fight at school. The story is set in Brooklyn, though since Polanski is not allowed in the United States he is filming it in Paris for 12 weeks starting in February. Read More...

I might be biased about this news. Any press release that mentions "Kentucky Fried Movie" has me instantly sold. Said release popped into my e-mail yesterday from Relativity Media. They're working with Peter Farrelly, frequent Farrelly co-conspirator Charles Wessler and GreeneStreet Films on an "Untitled Comedy" -- wouldn't it be great if they kept that title? -- which is described as "a unifying storyline for a series of sketch comedies in the vein of the 1970s hits 'Kentucky Fried Movie' and 'Groove Tube.'"

They forgot "Amazon Women on the Moon," which for my money is the best of that bunch. No matter. The news here is that the cast is massive and the behind-the-lens talent -- some of whom have already completed their work -- is equally massive. Find the full list (so far) after the jump. Steven Soderbergh is a Terminator. No, that's not some tricky wordplay stating that he's directing the next "Terminator" films or anything — he's not. I'm simply hypothesizing that Soderbergh is a machine from the future sent back through time to protect us all with crazy amounts of film work. Honestly, the director goes from project to project so quickly that it's almost as second nature as breathing for the guy. So it's not much of a surprise, though still wild to hear, that he'll follow up his currently shooting ensemble action flick "Knockout" with yet another ensemble thriller, "Contagion."

The Playlist identifies Soderbergh as the director for the much buzzed action-thriller from screenwriter Scott Z. Burns. Actors Kate Winslet, Jude Law, Marion Cotillard and frequent Soderbergh collaborator Matt Damon are all closing deals for the film, presenting an all-star cast that gives "Knockout" a run for its money. FROM MTV.COM: Robotic body suits, evil corporations, do-not-mess-with-me female sidekicks — these are just some of the recurring motifs in the films of James Cameron, present from 1984's "Terminator" up through current box-office and awards-season pet "Avatar."

But it's not just these whiz-bang action-flick factors that connect "Avatar" to the director's earlier work. The forbidden love story between ex-Marine Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and silky blue alien Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) calls to mind another set of star-crossed paramours: Jack and Rose from "Titanic," otherwise known as Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. Both couples come from radically different cultures that are contemptuous of their relationship and are forced to choose sides between the competing communities. (Earlier this week, we explored whether Worthington and Saldana will follow DiCaprio's and Winslet's post-Cameron career paths.)

FROM MTV.COM: These days, the one word on every moviegoer's lips is "Avatar." With the box-office receipts soaring, the love story and special effects fueling repeat views, and Oscar-buzz building, it's unlike anything we've seen since ... well, the last James Cameron feature film, 1997's "Titanic."

In the 12 years following that movie's release, stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet have made good on their promise, racking up instant classics and awards nods with equal aplomb. On Monday, we took a hard look at whether "Avatar" star Sam Worthington could use his momentum to launch a Leo-like career. Now, it's time to compare Cameron's leading ladies and look at why Zoe Saldana could become the next Winslet — or why such comparisons could leave the actress feeling as blue as her "Avatar" character.
