I gave Warmoth a mouthful for today's Daily TwitPic. Seriously dude... the Jonas Brothers? What can I say that hasn't been said? Of course "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz is down with the JoBros. He's a smart guy. And those brothers are sooooo dreamy. Right?
From what I hear, there is nothing quite like a Jonas Brothers concert. Thousands of screaming pre-teens. Light, airy music. Those three brothers making the whole building reek of adorable. It's too much to handle. Certainly too much for me; I've never braved the crowds to hear Joe, Kevin and Nick croon "Burnin' Up" to me. One day I will. And on that day, the four horsemen will ride. Enjoy the photo y'all. Read more...
In this exclusive clip from "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian," Jedediah Smith (Owen Wilson) lays out his plan for rescuing security guard Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) to a clueless Octavius (Stephen Coogan). Will they succeed? My guess is yes. Though things will almost certainly not go according to plan. If only the Jonas Brothers' cameo in the film could help them...
Holy hotness! If you are a member of young Hollywood, and if you're not Audrina Patridge attending your own movie premiere for "Into the Blue 2," you were absolutely on the "17 Again" red carpet last night. Zac Efron walked the carpet, with Vanessa Hudgens also in attendance for support (she looked gorgeous, btw). Zac's co-star and "Gossip Girl" villian Michelle Trachtenberg looked fantastic, the Jonas Brothers, the cast of this season's "American Idol" … where do we start?!
Mr. Efron was zactacular in a sleek and clean black suit and tie. Very classic, very "I could be going to the Oscars." The Nick, Joe and Kevin all coordinated their looks (as usual), playing off different shades of gray. Sounds boring, but it wasn't. "American Idol" favorite Adam Lambert rocked out in a black leather jacket and loads of guyliner. First, he made Miley Cyrus jump off the screen and into our laps. Currently, he’s bringing the Jonas Brothers in all their shirtless glory to fans. So, which musical act is director Bruce Hendricks hoping to make a 3D concert film about next?
“I saw Springsteen at the Super Bowl,” Hendricks revealed to MTV when we caught up with the filmmaker recently. “I’d love to do him.”
Bruce Springsteen’s energy, stage antics and die-hard fanbase would seem to make him an ideal target for the next big 3D concert flick. It would be quite a departure, however, for the genre that has until now focused mainly on youth-oriented artists. Read more...
So what are you up to today? Oh wait, I know, playing hooky in honor of the "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" movie! Not that I encourage that kind of behavior, but let's be honest, some things are too good to wait for. To celebrate the release of the movie finally, here is a rather fantastic clip from the performance of fan-favorite "Burnin' Up."
In the clip, check out fancy footwork from the Jonas trio of Kevin, Nick and Joe, as fans cheer and scream and sing along in the audience. How much fun are these guys having up there on stage? You can actually tell how much they love what they do, and how much they appreciate you as you sing along from the front (or back) row of the show. So enjoy!
Do you have your tickets yet? Tomorrow's the big day! The "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" movie hits theaters, and JoBro fans everywhere wait with bated breath in anticipation. Sing along, my friends, because today we bring you a performance clip of "S.O.S." straight from the film.
Check out real fans as they lip-sync the words to the song, as well as JoBro impersonators trying to rock out as hard as the real boys themselves. Nice try, dudes, I'll wait for the real thing, thankyouverymuch.
Calm down, people, you still need to wait two days until the "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" movie hits theaters. To tide you over until Friday, we bring you a performance clip from the film for the song "Pushing Me Away."
Remember yesterday when I told you that you'll be able to see every bead of sweat that rolls down Joe Jonas' face, since the movie is in 3D? Well, even though this clip isn't actually 3D (gotta wait for the theater for that!), you get a pretty good idea of what it looks like, as Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas give their all to their fans on stage in their shows.
The Jonas Brothers probably could have worn PJs to their premiere last night, and the fans wouldn't have noticed. Or, they would have noticed, but it wouldn't have changed their devotion for the boys. Luckily, Kevin, Joe and Nick didn't wear their pajamas to the premiere. They rocked jackets and ties like the fashion pros that they are.
Kevin looked the most classic, opting for a skinny tie, tuxedo jacket and black pants that had a slight sheen to them. Joe also chose a dark palate with a neon tie to add a little burst of color to his outfit. There's something going on with his suit -- it looks like a whisp of smoke that swirls its way over his pants and jacket. Funky! But not as funky as Nick and his baby blue tuxedo jacket. You've got to love that pop of color in the photos that include the 3 of them together. Only three days until the "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" movie hits theaters, and today we bring you a montage of scenes from the film that highlight what it was like for Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas to shoot 12 weeks worth of filming in just 2 days.
Luckily, this movie is in 3D and you know what that means? You'll be able to see every bead of sweat that rolls down Joe Jonas' gorgeous face as he rocks out on stage. SWOON! Burning questions -- like what time did they wake up -- are answered. This one we'll just tell you: it's not so early, just 4:15 a.m. -- slackers!
With the "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" movie just 4 days away, we'll be highlighting one clip a day from the film to help you JoBros fans get hyped up, as if you need our help.
Today's clip features the song "Cut to the Chase" and highlights you, Jonas Brothers fans. What I want to know is this: what was it like to be an extra in this scene? I'm pretty sure no one had to do any real acting, and the direction was probably just to do what comes naturally. This kind of excitement couldn't be faked anyway. So I'm sure everyone was just acting as if they were filming a scene with the Jonas Brothers, because they were!
But for an entire day of shooting? That must have been exhausting! All that adrenaline … all that running … these lucky fans must have slept for days after their big day on the set. (Watch the video after the jump!) Read more...
