Breaking DawnIf you don't follow comedian Neil Hamburger's (alter ego of Gregg Turkington) Twitter account you've missed a golden month in the age of tweet humor. He's currently coming off a marathon of arbitrarily ripping into Axe body spray for insufficiently observing Tom Bosley's death, and yesterday he and Tim Heidecker launched a nuclear barrage of fake allegations against "Yogi Bear."

In other realms of the Twittersphere, NASA's press conference about a new form of life captured many posters' imaginations, including those of Michael Ian Black and John August, who each reacted to the announcement differently. Find out what they said and who's about to get down to work on "Breaking Dawn."

Walking Dead"Call of Duty: Black Ops" got some help hyping itself from Metallica at Activision's launch party last night, and at least one actor from "Mad Men" was there. Ice-T, meanwhile, is trying to figure out what he needs to do to swing an early copy of the game, so if you have pertinent information and don't want to keep the game for yourself, you know where to tweet him.

In other happenings, Keith Olbermann made news instead of reporting it today by getting suspended indefinitely by MSNBC over political campaign contributions he was found to have made, not for the actions James Urbaniak mentioned. Check out what that was about down below along with Felicia Day's big concern about "The Walking Dead" and who someone thought Ludacris looked like at an airport.

Apple's new Ping service for iTunes prompted a declaration from "Big Fish" screenwriter John August today, and he's obviously been hanging out with Mac products for some time, given his outlook for it. Elsewhere, director Jason Matzer gave a micro-review of George Clooney's new flick "The American," and though we already new Eli Roth loves "The Last Exorcism," we didn't know he liked it enough to puke for it.

There was plenty of excitement in Twitter-Wood in the last 24 hours, too. Diddy seems to have sworn off cheeseburgers, while Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus got to get together for a small group shot with their fellow cast members from "LOL" and Jon Favreau picked a ride to go on with Olivia Wilde.

Find out what they jumped on after the break. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is Twitter-Wood for September 2, 2010. Read more...

Lakers fans make up a sizable chunk of Twitter-Wood, but there are some Celtics supporters mixed in there as well. Dane Cook, Rose McGowan and James Kyson Lee all weighed in on the NBA Finals confrontation at the Staples center yesterday, and you may or may not agree with their assessments.

"Eclipse" star Kristen Stewart's opinions can sometime be equally divisive, and at least one actress spoke up about how she feels on that subject today. I'll let you find out who that was below, along with what John August thinks of "I Love You Phillip Morris" and who wants a piece of "Human Centipede"-themed jewelry.

It's all on the record in Twitter-Wood for June 4, 2010. Read more...

Jodelle Ferland, who plays Bree Tanner in "Eclipse," loves making artwork. We already knew that. This weekend, instead of drawing Taylor Lautner, however, she was decorating an Easter egg with the spirit of "Twilight." You can check that out after the jump along with a shot of her co-star Christian Serratos' trip to a Naval base.

Easter wasn't the only thing rocking Twitter-Wood over the weekend, unfortunately. That nasty earthquake scare shook everyone up as well, and I've retweeted some in-the-moment commentary from Ashton Kutcher and Omar Doom. Scope it out below and find out who caught the Yankees game and what Diablo Cody used to believe about "The Sound of Music" in Twitter-Wood for April 5th, 2010. Read more...

Jamie Chung saw this coming a week ago. A 4.4 earthquake hit Los Angeles this morning, and I though she didn't seem to notice on her account, it registered with other faces in Twitter-Wood like Samm Levine, Alison Brie and Tyrese Gibson.

Aziz Ansari probably slept through it, though, as his recent postings indicate he was up late watching the "Twilight" movies. You can check out his reaction to a "New Moon" spoiler below. After the jump, you can also read Fred Durst's manicure advice for Tyra Banks and a tip for Best Buy from Steve Agee. It's in Twitter-Wood for 16th, 2010. Read more...

Tom Hanks has been taking his time between tweets since he first signed up for a Twitter account a few weeks ago. Stepping into the studio to record some lines for "Toy Story 3" motivated him to start getting a little more hands-on with it, though, and director Lee Unkrich posted a picture to document the occasion.

Elsewhere in Twitter-Wood, the CoCo tweets are still legion, and Brian Posehn noted the appearance of Conan's masturbating bear last night, which got him feeling all emotional. Click on past the jump for all of those tweets, along with Edgar Wright's run-in with Sigourney Weaver, Ice-T's photo-op with Jamie Kennedy and Arnold Schwarzenegger's face-to-face sit-down with Nancy Pelosi. Reports that NBC may move Jay Leno back to his old "Tonight Show" timeslot and scoot Conan O'Brien back to make room have brought out some vocal fans in the Twitter-Wood community. John August and Brody Stevens both expressed support for Conan from their accounts today. If I find someone in the feed who preferred watching Leno to Conan, I'll be sure to include them on Monday.

In other tweets, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse triumphantly declared that President Obama's State of the Union speech would not affect "Lost," which will air as planned on February 2. Their glee is retweeted after the jump along with Ashton Kutcher's take on "Jersey Shore," Jon Favreau's reaction upon seeing some "Thor" sets and Peter Facinelli's sparkling plans. I don't know if the world has been clamoring for Dave Matthews biopic, but Danny Masterson definitely knows who he wants to see in the lead role. Personally, I think Vince Vaughn may be getting a bit old to play Dave in his formative years, but hey, that's what CGI's for, right?

Other Twitter-Wood highlights today included another fan-created "Toy Story" tattoo that someone sent to Lee Unkrich and another celebrity visit to Jon Favreau's "Iron Man 2" editing room. Find out who stopped by, as well as what Joe Lynch said to defend Sam Mendes as the next Bond film director, how John August's micro-reviewed "The Princess and the Frog" and what Edgar Wright had to say to everyone looking around for a "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" trailer. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for January 6, 2010.

Twitter Pic of the Day:
@leeunkrich A fan sent this in. Best Toy Story tattoo ever. http://twitpic.com/wxp66

Earlier today, we brought you an early edition of Twitter-Wood packed chock-full of celebrity praise for James Cameron's sci-fi epic, "Avatar." It's a much more tragic set of circumstances that brings me back to you with another Twitter-Wood early edition.

"Clueless" star Brittany Murphy left us suddenly over the weekend, the victim of a heart attack at the too-young age of 32. The breaking news resulted in an outpouring of grief and sympathy for Murphy's family from around the celebrity Twittersphere. I'll let the people who knew her take it from here... Read more...
