Jason Segel Makes Another Fashion Statement In 'I Love You, Man.'

Jason SegelIn the history of men's fashion, there have been missteps, faux-pas, and downright travesties. And then, somewhere in the distance, there are scarves.

Where did this new trend come from? What the heck do you make of a dude who always wears a scarf? Newly minted leading man Jason Segel has absolutely no idea either.

"After a while you're not so sure where I'm coming from. You don't know what to make of me," Segel said of his character in the new Paul Rudd comedy, "I Love You, Man," the story of a guy who "realizes he doesn't have any close friends to be his best man. Perhaps he should have tried Hare Krishna?

OK, if you don't get that joke then you aren't nearly as obsessive about the Muppets as Jason Segel is (and you clearly need to watch "The Muppet Movie" another dozen or so times). Segel's obsession runs high enough, even, to invite back that lost friend for another Muppet go-round in his new film.

"I have a cameo for Charles Grodin in it," the writer excitedly revealed about plans for his new Muppet film. "It's a really brilliant cameo, I must say. I'm really proud of it." Read More...

Adventures On Set: 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall'

MTV News intern Kevin Krause recently visited the set of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," where our crew -- fronted by on-air correspondent Liz Hernandez -- was fortunate enough to be part of the movie. In the scene, Liz interviews Sarah Marshall (played by "Veronica Mars" frontwoman Kristen Bell) as she exits her limo. See a video clip of our new movie star in action, and then read Kevin's thoughts on the whole experience below.

Standing in front of Hollywood's Egyptian Theater, a woman from the costume department eyeballed me like I had a visible tapeworm infection. "You'll need a wardrobe change," she said. I had never been to a movie shoot before; I just started interning at MTV a few weeks ago, and already I was standing in the heart of Hollywood Boulevard, embarrassing myself in front of my primly dressed co-workers.
