Jason Bateman would like the "Hancock" filmmakers to know one thing: if/when a sequel gets underway, he's got a few ideas he'd like to throw their way. At least, that's what the star told us when he sat down for a live Q&A with MTV News held at Sony Style store in New York City. Chief among his proposals? "I can fly!" he enthused. Watch his chat on the subject below, and then click here to watch the rest of our discussion as we cover the Will Smith superhero film, "Arrested Development" and more.
We mentioned it the other day but we'd be remiss if we didn't remind you one more time that Jason Bateman himself will be at the Sony store (550 Madison) in New York City tonight at 6pm. I'll be interviewing the "Hancock" and "Arrested Development" star and showing off clips from his soon to be released surefire blockbuster. The best part? The event is totally free! Just get there early because there isn't a ton of seating and it's going to be first come first served.
- Excelsior! "Iron Man 2" coming in 2010, reports say. (
There's no doubt that Peter Berg is a director on the rise. You don't hand over the keys to a Will Smith superhero flick set for a July 4th release ("Hancock") to just anyone.
Dream a little dream for Jennifer Hudson, Kate Bosworth, Will Smith and more in our links of the day.
