There are some people who are the Next Big Thing, and then there are others that should be. Somewhere in the middle lies Emma Stone, the adorable 19-year-old who won our hearts in "Superbad," and is looking good in the trailers for this summer's "The Rocker" and "The House Bunny."
And if those films don't break Emma out into a leading role, maybe it will be the romantic comedy she's been filming opposite the Next Big Thing of 1996.
"I am [one of] 'The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past," she laughed recently, describing her supernatural character in the film of the same name. "It's a take off on 'A Christmas Carol'. Matthew McConaughey plays Connor, this guy who's been sleeping around with a bunch of women, and has a heart of stone, and some ghosts come back to haunt him and bring him lessons about his past relationships and future relationships."
