A few talking heads in the Twitter-Wood feed like Michael Ian Black and Greg Grunberg were following Apple's keynote address today, where new iPods and features were announced. One guy caught a quick picture with with Steve Jobs, however, and that shot earned Tyrese Gibson my Twitter Pic of the Day.
Others were more concerned with the new "Melrose Place" series last night, like writer Brian Lynch. You can click on down read their commentaries accordingly, along with Kat Dennings' birthday wishes to Jonathan Taylor Thomas, a pic from John Favreau at an AC/DC performance, and an emphatic announcement from Brett Ratner. There's a lot of buzzing Around the Blogosphere today. I'm not going to spoil the good stuff, so just keep reading.
-- "Entourage" is one of the few summer TV series' that I make sure to tune in for every week. It's celebrity wish-fulfillment at its best. As such, I'm not onboard with a lot of the complaints that have been lodged against the series in recent seasons. Cause it probably ain’t ever going to happen, Jeremy Piven insisted.
“We’ve never discussed an ‘Entourage’ movie and I think we have a few years left in us [on TV]. We’re just about to finish our fifth season and it does feel like our best yet,” Piven told MTV News. “So I think we have a few more years and then if they’re not sick of us, maybe we’ll do a movie.” Read more...
