The Cannes Film Festival is more than a chance to snag crepes with Harrison Ford, it's also a great opportunity to catch early editions of movie posters in the various trade mags handed out on-scene.

Below, check out posters from Nicolas Cage's recently announced "Bad Lieutenant" remake, the interesting-looking "Brooklyn's Finest" from Training Day" helmer Antoine Fuqua and starring Richard Gere, Don Cheadle, Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes, rom-com "The Rebound" from Catherine Zeta-Jones and Justin Bartha, and Mariah Carey's "Tennessee." Alright, so my brain is about to shut off after a day of Oscar coverage, but I've just seen the best piece of comedic content of the day and sorry Jon Stewart, but it wasn't on the Oscars. Remember that awesome Sarah Silverman/Matt Damon video a few weeks back? Tonight on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Jimmy saw his girlfriend one and raised her ten-fold.

"I'm f*&king Ben Affleck" featured Ben Affleck of course, and detailed the heretofore unknown love affair between Kimmel and the Oscar-winning star of "Gigli." And it was brilliant, from start to finish. The start featured Brad Pitt and just when you thought it was winding down, everyone from Don Cheadle and Huey Lewis to Pete Wentz and Joan Jett, appearing in a "We Are the World"-style group ballad. Don Cheadle is a class act all the way. He just about always knocks it out of the park in whatever kind of film he's in and more than that he really just seems to have his priorities straight. Witness his involvement in the documentary "Darfur Now." This brand new film shines a much-needed light on the crisis in Sudan. Following six people (including Cheadle himself) as they struggle to make a dent in Darfur, the film is set for release on November 2nd.
