Sean Bean is having one heck of a week. As if his breathtaking turn in the latest episode of "Game of Thrones" wasn't enough for the guy, Bean was also reportedly stabbed in the arm during a bar altercation earlier in the week. But don't sob for the erstwhile Lord of Winterfell; good old Ned quickly shrugged off the attack, went back inside the bar and ordered himself a pint. Bean's handling of the situation is getting plenty of virtual high fives in today's edition of Twitter-Wood.
There's more news lurking about the online movie space today, of course: iconic newsman Larry King has put out the call for "Harry Potter" questions for an upcoming CNN special, while Judd Apatow gives an update on the status of his next movie.

Jokes about the Rapture have come and gone, but a very real crisis is ongoing in Joplin, Missouri as a devastating tornado tore through the Midwest over the weekend. Movie stars, writers and directors are weighing in on Twitter with pointers on how you can help with disaster relief.
In less grim news, today marks the one year anniversary of the "Lost" series finale, causing many members of the show as well as onlookers to reflect back on what was undoubtedly one of the most controversial conclusions in television history.

Twitter-Wood experienced a small Christmas miracle today as an outpouring of photography and song revealed that a double rainbow can still grab more attention than Lindsay Lohan in our feed. There were enough posts to fill a special-edition TW coffee-table book with images from those who saw it... and laments from those were out of town and missed it. But even that book wouldn't be able to capture "Twilight" actor Justin Chon's musical celebration of this natural spectacle.
Other highlights of the last 24 hours included Steve Martin's continuing jury duty adventure, as well as Kevin Smith's triumphant declaration that he's finished his sound mix for "Red State." You'll find those retweets and Christmas-related shock from Anna Kendrick after the jump.

You definitely haven't seen Christian Serratos in the "Twilight" series wearing the kind of makeup she put on for a Black Keys video in her feed this week. She and Danny Masterson both sported some new looks and posted pics.
The big trending topic in international news today, though, was WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange getting granted bail in London, where Michael Moore stepped in and got personally involved. His reaction to the situation and a roundup of Golden Globe nomination chatter have been retweeted for you after the jump.

Word that Tom Bosley passed away at the age of 83 hit Twitter-Wood this afternoon. TV's father from "Happy Days," Father Dowling of "Father Dowling Mysteries" and the voice of David the Gnome, Bosley showed up in the tweets of Neil Patrick Harris, James Gunn and Michael McKean today.
In other posting, the feed got hit with a rush of photos in the last 24 hours. Jessica Alba showed herself getting ready for some "Spy Kids 4" action, while Steve Agee was palling around with Brody Stevens and Aasif Mandvi got in the shower with his clothes on. You'll find them all retweeted after the jump along with evidence that Jim Carrey's face muscles are in the best shape of his life and an idea for a new "Star Wars" film fomr the producer of "Fanboys."

Stephen Fry surprised some Apple loyalists today by heaping praise on top of Microsoft's new Windows Phone 7 devices. He's been a vocal supporter of Apple products in the past, but he offered an explanation of his open-minded position on Twitter.
In other tweets, everyone seemed to have a picture with someone else to share in the last 24 hours. "Weird Al" Yankovic arm wrestled with Fred Willard; Selena Gomez hit up a Katy Perry show; Ludacris went cruising with Tyrese Gibson; and Hugh Hefner hosted "Social Network" producer Dana Brunetti at the Playboy Mansion for a screening. Links to the pics await you after the jump along with Edgar Wright remembering the late Solomon Burke.

While netting a box-office-topping $23 million this weekend, "The Social Network" also got Twitter-Wood talking, both about Facebook and Justin Timberlake. Producer Dana Brunetti shared his happiness with the world, while Damon Lindelof had to reconcile his reaction to the film with his wife's affection for the former 'N Sync singer. His thoughts, as well as those of David Wain and Paris Hilton have been collected below.
In other tweets, an early look at Halloween on the "Modern Family" set showed up on Sofia Vergara's account, and Rainn Wilson addressed his strategy for fighting the Taliban. You can find out more about that after the jump along with Patton Oswalt's take on Christine O'Donnell.

People across America experienced Justin Bieber in a variety of ways last night, whether it was at his concert in New York City or watching him dance off with Shaquille O'Neal on "Shaq Vs." Snoop Dogg captured his night in a TwitPic, and producer of "The Social Network" Dana Brunetti chose to express himself through a simple Internet-friendly abbreviation.
In the meantime, news events have been trending in Twitter-Wood this afternoon as the hostage situation at the Discovery Channel building in Maryland captured a lot of attention. Most of the reactions have just been out of shock after a man believed to be named James Lee entered and began making demands. Steve Jobs' announcements at the Apple press event today stirred up some interest as well, and you can find one of those from "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" creator Bryan Lee O'Malley after the jump.

The new "Social Network" trailer is out, and whether they were involved in producing the film or not, Twitter-Wood tweeters took notice of the Facebook movie's newly publicized clips.

Check out what she thinks, what "The Hangover" is called in France and what Eli Roth plans to do with the legion of Justin Bieber fans he's attracted after the jump.

Did you know that "Eclipse" is out next week? A LOT of people in Los Angeles do. A bunch of 'em are lined up for the premiere tomorrow night, which MTV will be covering in a big way (more on that in a little bit). It's actually a pretty amazing sight, seeing a mass of proper camping tents assembled on an LA sidewalk behind police barriers.
That's how producer Dana Brunetti felt when he saw the camped out line in the City of Angels the other night. Brunetti, for those who need a refresher, is a longtime Kevin Spacey collaborator. Together, the two founded Trigger Street Productions. They produced "21," "Fanboys" and the upcoming Facebook biopic "The Social Network," among other things. No "Twilight" though. So forgive him for mistaking the line for an iPhone 4 campout. Read more...
