FROM HOLLYWOOD CRUSH: Charlie Bewley would totally date you, "Twilight" fans. He said so himself at the Cherry Hill, New Jersey stop on the "New Moon" mall tour yesterday. There's a catch, though. He won't marry you. "I don't believe in marriage. I believe in polygamy," he jokingly said while turning down a fan's proposal. Though he clarified later that he was just kidding about the polygamy part (his actual stance on marriage remains unclear), from the deafening screams of the crowd, they might not have cared either way.
Hundreds of Twihards turned out to meet Charlie and costar Daniel Cudmore, who play Volturi guard members Demetri and Felix in the latest Twilight Saga installment, during the Nordstrom- and Hot Topic-sponsored promo tour. The lucky ones who camped out last weekend, some for more than 12 hours, made a purchase to get either a photo or an autograph from the Volturi vampires. Just 75 Nordstrom shoppers got their photos professionally taken with the boys, while 500 Hot Topic customers got their "New Moon" posters signed.

The Twitter-Wood feed started following its first canine today, as recent hacking victim and "Eclipse" actress Jodelle Ferland tweeted a pic referencing her dog "Genevieve Ferland." According to @gena_fur's Twitter account, Genevieve recently turned five, hates nail clippers and dressed as a princess last year for Halloween.
Lack of clothing was on the minds of two other "Twilight" series actors, though, as Tinsel Korey seems to have not yet found a dress for the "New Moon" premiere, and Charlie Bewley reported on his love of not wearing anything. Remarkably, I made none of this up. Check it out, along with an award Arnold Schwarzenegger recently presented to Kirk Douglas, a scandalous "Full House" photo and the reason "Iron Man 2" will show up to theaters late if it gets delayed. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for November 6, 2009. Read more...
As the search for Falcon Heene, the six-year-old boy feared to have been trapped in a runaway Colorado balloon, continues today, the story has more or less less consumed the Twittersphere. Twitter-Wood hasn't been immune to that effect with Alyssa Milano, Simon Pegg and plenty of others posting about the unresolved scenario.
On the flipside of the Twitterverse, cast members of "New Moon" have been swapping tweets in anticipation of the movie's scene screenings at next week's Rome Film Festival. Check out who's been talking to whom, along with Rainn Wilson's new wolf T-shirt, Tom Felton's metal T-shirt and what's been going on in Diablo Cody's dreams. It's all after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for October 15, 2009. Read more...

Miley Cyrus felt the need to defend her single status today on Twitter in response to at least one unnamed blog. She sounds pretty adamant that there's no beau in the picture right now. Also adamant today was actor Charlie Bewley, whose body clock was not yet prepared to start filming his first scene for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse." He joined Cyrus in Twitter-Wood's feed to share his struggle.
John Stamos won my Twitter Pic of the Day honors yet again. Ice-T keeps making a run for it, but Stamos is on a streak right now breaking out images from his photo album. Today, he cued up a classic memory watchers of "Full House" will recognize, featuring the Olsen twins in their youth. Click onward, and you'll see all of this, as well as Tom Felton's reaction to stepping on the "Get Him to the Greek" set and Jon Favreau's micro-review of "District 9." It's in the Twitter-Wood report for August 21, 2009. Read more...
