Sometimes, the two best words in the English language are the simplest ones: "Thank" and "You."

Now that Comic-Con 2008 is in the rearview mirror, one memory will remain for quite some time: The resounding gratitude "Twilight" fans showed to Stephenie Meyer, Catherine Hardwicke and the actors hard at work on making a film of the beloved, dog-eared tome Twilighters carry with them as if it were photos of their loved ones.

Now, the stars would like to return the favor. Just hit "play" to get a little taste of Cam Gigandet, Catherine, Stephenie and Robert Pattinson saying "thank you" to the Twilighters.

So pat yourself on the back, keep watching for more Twilight Tuesdays, and then get ready for the movie hitting theaters December 12th. By then, there should be so much shared love going around that it’ll make Edward and Bella’s romance pale in comparison.

Nikki ReedIt was a gamble that paid off in a big way for the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, but may have helped sink the "Matrix" films. As for the "Back to the Future" flicks, well, that battle continues to rage on. Now, the "Twilight" series is the latest blockbuster franchise making plans to shoot multiple sequels at the same time.

"It's been discussed," producer Greg Mooradian revealed to MTV News. "I can't tell you we're at that place yet, but it's definitely been discussed."

The advantages to such a plan are obvious: Rather than building sets and tearing them down only to be re-built a few years later, they can film multiple scenes; instead of selling vehicles and re-buying them (such as Carlisle Cullen's Mercedes, which can be seen here), they can hold on to them; rather than having thirty-year-old actors pretending to still be in high school, they can stay the same age in each film.

"Our vampires can't age…if they were like 45, people would say 'What's up?'" laughed director Catherine Hardwicke, citing one of the main problems with filming Stephenie Meyer's "New Moon" and "Eclipse" novels. "[Filming them together] could be the case. Then, you just get it done." Read more...

'Twilight'"This looks just right."

Our friends at Summit Entertainment premiered a mind-blowing new "Twilight" clip for the lucky crowds at New York's Comic-Con this weekend, featuring that quote from a set-visiting Stephenie Meyer. Quite frankly, we're inclined to agree.

Now, we're passing the clip on to you, along with a warning: For all of you who've memorized every line of the novels, hungered for each tidbit of info you can find on our site, and cursed every month between now and December, please make sure you're sitting down as you press play. Also, a crash helmet might come in handy. (CLICK HERE TO PLAY IT, AND RETURN TO READ THE REST...) Read more...
