Emma StoneWell that hope was short-lived. Emma Stone is, in fact, not starring in "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies."

Though on Thursday it was reported that Stone was circling the lead for the flick, Deadline has learned that she has decided to pass on the project. That still leaves the film without a lead -- or any -- actress, but hopefully we will hear some casting news soon.

In the casting news after the jump, find out which "Hangover" star is getting his own film, what new movie Liam Hemsworth is starring in, and who the latest actors are to join "Snow White and the Huntsman."

For a while now, "Chronicles of Narnia" had to be worried that "Voyage of the Dawn Treader," the follow-up to "Prince Caspian" might ever make it to the big screen. But thanks to (Fox rescuing the franchise after Disney dropped it, the third film in the series (or fifth, depending upon how you're counting) finally has a rendezvous with the big screen this holiday season, and I couldn't be more excited. "Dawn Treader" has always been my favorite, since it's ultimately just a fantastical version of "The Odyssey." Sure, there are plenty of Christian undertones in the book that may or may not make it into the film, but my 11-year-old self missed all those when I read it the first time anyway.

The latest trailer has hit the Internet and gives us a better look at the film than the previous teasers have. Finally there's a good look at newcomer Will Poulter, who will be playing the Pevensie's obnoxious cousin Eustace Scrubb.

For anyone who's read the book, they'll be excited to see a certain golden dragon featured pretty heavily in the first half of the trailer, which is a wonderful surprise considering that's one of the bigger moments in the story. Read More...

Ben Barnes in 'The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian'Sometimes trading is cool, like when I collected baseball cards as a kid and conned my friend into giving me a Don Mattingly rookie card for Dave Sax. Other times, it can be pretty annoying – like in movie sequels where they’ve swapped Keanu Reeves for Jason Patric, Michael Keaton for Val Kilmer, or Jim Carrey for Jamie Kennedy, Steve Carell or anybody else.

Nowadays, a lot of trading, swapping and shuffling is going on in the “Twilight” universe, starting with the director of the hit films. And with the attention now turning to the actors who’ll appear in front of Chris Weitz’s camera, we’ve just published a new report on two hot young stars who might be headlining “New Moon.”

Would Michael Copon be a more-appropriate-looking Jacob Black than Taylor Lautner? Perhaps. But we’ve interviewed the 16-year-old “Taycob” enough times to know that Chris Weitz will never find anyone who feels more passionately about the role. Whether passion equals success is up for debate, but it seems to me that no matter how much more muscular and wolf-like Copon might be, the best he could hope for is a tie. Read More...
