'Behind The Screen' EXCLUSIVE: MTV Visits Russell Brand On The Set Of 'Get Him To The Greek'

Regardless of what star Russell Brand says in the clip below, the "Greek" referenced in the "Get Him to the Greek" title actually refers to the name of a theater where Brand's maniac rock star Aldous Snow is supposed to perform. Co-star Jonah Hill plays an intern hired by the record label to ensure that Snow makes the gig on time. Hilarity almost certainly ensues.

Brand was kind enough to host an MTV visit to the set of "Get Him to the Greek," as the clips below show. There's minimal footage, but scenes of the shoot are supplemented by Brand's walking tour of the set and the people inhabiting it. In addition to Brand, you'll be able to spot Hill, P. Diddy, Colm Meaney and MTV's own Josh Horowitz, whose engagement plans with Brand are slowly coming together.

Tune into MTV later this afternoon to catch "Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back" and "Episode VI: Return of the Jedi," the cappers in our weekend-long "Star Wars Saga" marathon.

Rob Zombie Talks 'Halloween,' Shares An EXCLUSIVE 'H2' Clip With MTV's 'Behind The Screen'

In case you couldn't catch all of the delightful exclusives and premieres on this evening's episode of MTV's "Behind the Screen," Movies Blog has got you covered. Kicking off our recap is an exclusive clip from Rob Zombie's "Halloween" remake/reboot follow-up "H2." There are also a number of interviews from our April set as well as the first theatrical trailer.

The new clip hits all of the key points: dark and stormy night, terrified victim, Michael Meyers, a chopping axe. No tricks here; just one, big treat for fans of Zombie's take on "Halloween."

Is That A 'Star Wars' Crawl? No! It's MTV's 'Behind The Screen'!

The "Star Wars" crawl had neither a narrator nor a bleeped out cuss word, but this "Behind the Screen" promo sure does. You'll be able to catch both this weekend on MTV. And while everyone knows "Star Wars," you may not be as aware of what's coming up on "Behind the Screen," which airs after "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope" this Sunday at 11pm.

We've been peppering the blog all week with little tastes of what's to come on "Behind the Screen," but here's another rundown. You'll be able to catch "Land of the Lost" cast interviews with Will Ferrell, Danny McBridge and their menagerie of wild (and wildly dangerous) animals. You'll also see the broadcast premiere of Sacha Baron Cohen's "Brüno" trailer, exclusive new footage from Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" and Rob Zombie's "Halloween" follow-up, "H2," and a visit with Russell Brand on the set of "Get Him to the Greek." Here we have MTV's Josh Horowitz talking to Will Ferrell, Danny McBride and their turtle. It doesn't move very, it can't talk and it smells. BUT it wants you to watch "Behind the Screen" on MTV this Sunday at 11pm. You should listen. That turtle has... powerful friends.

Of course, there are definitely benefits to tuning in on Sunday. Watch Will Ferrell play with a very large, very heavy snake while "Land of the Lost" co-star Danny McBride and MTV's Josh Horowitz look on in horror. Sacha Baron Cohen -- known to many for his Ali G persona and to many more for his Borat persona -- is bringing his special brand of cultural commentary to silver screens once again in "Bruno." The broadcast premiere for the trailer is the Sunday at 11pm on MTV's "Behind the Screen." You should definitely tune in to check it out, since you'll also be able to catch "Land of the Lost" interviews with Danny McBride and Will Ferrell as well as a couple of other exclusive clips.

If you're reading this however, you are Internet-savvy enough to deserve this special treat: an early peek at the "Bruno" trailer. Funny stuff. Fans of Cohen's "Borat" are definitely going to get a kick out of his not-really-a-sequel. Now how about a few more episodes of "Da Ali G Show"?

There are some cool things afoot in the latest edition of "Behind The Screen," MTV's quarterly Hollywood dishfest. You'll be able to check out exclusive debuts of an "Inglorious Basterds" clip and the new trailer for "Bruno," starring Sacha Baron Cohen in one of his Ali G alternate personas. You'll also get an exclusive first look at Russell Brand on the set of "Get Him to the Greek." Will Ferrell and Danny McBride also took some time out to chat with MTV about their upcoming "Land of the Lost" and all of the dangerous animals they got to work with.
