Anne Hathaway is trying out a new job in the film industry: producing.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hathaway is set to both star in and produce the thriller "Puzzler" at Paramount. It is being described as similar to "Three Days of the Condor," the Robert Redford film that followed a CIA researcher who finds all his friends dead and needs to stay several steps ahead of his attackers. The movie will be written by "Tresspass" scribe Karl Gajdusek. No word yet on when it will go in front of the camera.

Ice-T has established credibility as a gamer. Somewhere along the line, he also became a regular resource for new game reviews, and he's been asked on Twitter just what he thinks of Rockstar Games' "Red Dead Redemption." Neil Gaiman's readers know that he's a smart guy. He proved himself once more today, however, by securing plane tickets to the U.K. through two different routes, just in case the volcano ash becomes an issue. The recent eruption in Iceland has been a pain for main a Twitter-Wood citizen over the last week, and I think volcanoes may get overlooked by a lot of them during Earth Day commemorations tomorrow. Then again, some tweeters like Brian Lynch don't seem too enthusiastic about Earth Day anyway.

Amy Smart just gave away everything about "Crank 2"! "It takes place three months after [Jason Statham's character] falls out of the helicopter. He lives. Uh oh. I gave it away!" she laughed on a press stop at Comic-Con promoting her new horror flick, "Mirrors".
Alright, so we all knew Jason and Amy were coming back even if the first "Crank" ended with a seemingly impossible to follow finale. But who cares about Jason's character when you're talking to the lovely Ms. Smart? Apparently the months since the first one took place have seen her character undergo some lifestyle changes.
