You can't have a strong movie without a strong script (unless you're some weird kind of moviemaking magician that we've yet to come across), and thankfully, there were plenty of powerful scripts that made it to the big-screen this year—with plenty of dynamite dialogue to boot.

That's why it's a very competitive field in the newly created Best Line From A Movie category at the MTV Movie Awards this year, and there's just no way we can decide on a winner ourselves. Luckily for us, the decision falls upon you guys! Read on for the full list of the Best Line From A Movie contenders, and cast your vote for the winner today!

Justin Timberlake and Andrew Garfield, "The Social Network"

"...A million dollars isn't cool. You know what's cool?"
"You?"
"A billion dollars. And that shut everybody up."

Congratulations are in order for Amanda Bynes, the accomplished "All That" actress who announced her unretirement after just one month of supposedly leaving the film industry forever. Bynes announced her decision to "unretire" a few short days ago, providing fans of her work with plenty of cause to celebrate. Of course, skeptics and detractors have plenty of cause to celebrate, too.

Retirement is a tenuous thing in the film industry. With the right material or a hefty enough paycheck, anyone can come out of hiding. Still, there are certain actors who are a bit more committed to the idea of retirement than Bynes apparently was — actors who we really want to see make a comeback.

After the jump, check out five actors who should follow Bynes' example and "unretire" themselves back into the acting game! Read More...

Amanda Bynes' retirement from acting didn't last long, and she let the world know that she's back in the business Friday. Twitter-Wood took notice and reacted accordingly, and I've retweeted a couple such comments after the jump. Brian Lynch's in particular could be a billion-dollar idea.

Elsewhere, someone new has fallen for Justin Bieber, and who it is may surprise you. He claims to have been at a concert and liked what he saw. You can find out what his identity is below, as well as what it looked like watching the "Mad Men" Season 4 premiere with the cast and crew, what Danny DeVito thoughts of it and what Tyra Banks' new profile pick looks like.

Twitter erupted over the weekend news that Gang Starr MC Guru suffered a heart attack that put him in a coma. Ice-T shouted out some support and shock about the incident, but the rapper's condition doesn't sound promising.

Meanwhile, reactions were all over the place during the closing ceremonies for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver last night. Jon Favreau wants to have a beer with Canada now that they're all over. Wil Wheaton was aggravated by NBC's cut to Jerry Seinfeld's "The Marriage Ref," and "Alive" director Frank Marshall just seemed happy to be there. Check out his picture from the sidelines after the jump, where you can also find out how a "New Moon" actor is doing with his diet and what Amanda Bynes will do if you start hating at her on Twitter. It's all in Twitter-Wood for March 1st, 2010. Read More...

Amanda Bynes isn't a regular visitor on our Twitter-Wood feed, but she pops up from time to time. She's probably best known for her now-finished TV work on the WB series "What I Like About You" and the Nick comedy series "All That." Bynes also had keys roles in "She's the Man" and the 2007 "Hairspray" remake. She's been pretty quiet recently, but you'll next get to see her in "Easy A," a comedy starring Bynes, Emma Stone, Stanley Tucci and "Twilight" star Cam Gigandet

In today's Daily TwitPic you get to see Bynes at the tender age of 6. This was just a few short years before she joined the cast of "All That" in 1996. In the pic, you can see Bynes and her brother Tommy hanging out in what look like barber chairs aboard their father's old Navy ship (not to be confused with an Old Navy ship). Check out the picture after the jump. Read More...

Kevin Smith hit his Twitter account hard today in response to a comment made by Neil Patrick Harris about Smith's pal and frequent collaborator Jason Mewes. The discussion is summarized as neatly as possible in the three retweets I picked out, but you'd be well served to sift through the questions Smith has been answering all day. NPH chimed in later in the day on his own account with an apology.

In other Twitter-Wood exchanges today, Edgar Wright and Bryan Lee O'Malley teased their unreleased trailer for "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" and Brian Lynch and Diablo Cody pondered a mad plot to craft an "Empire Records" sequel. Check out those posts below along with a shot of Amanda Bynes at 9 years old and a run-in between Terry Gilliam and Salman Rushdie. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for December 4, 2010. Read More...

David Slade's still in the thick of "Eclipse" filming, and in his most recent tweetage from the set, it sounds like there's some violence in the mountains getting underway with some celebration on the side. A few of his cast members still seem to have Rome on their minds, which is understandable given the "New Moon" footage premiering there.

In completely non-"Twilight"-related posting, Ashton Kutcher's been hanging out with Barbra Streisand and Jeremy Piven headed out to an event being held by Matt Damon in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Ice-T's been shooting up the post-apocalyptic world of "Borderlands." To find out what he thoughts of it, as well as what Amanda Bynes thinks of marriage and what Arnold Schwarzenegger's been up to with a bunch of boy scouts, click onward to the Twitter-Wood report for October 22, 2009. "Twilight" covers pretty much turned into the Sports Illustrated cover of hand-modeling gigs, but Kimbra Hickey snagged it, and actor Justin Chon earned my photo pic for the day with his candid TwitPic of her from the weekend. Chon, Peter Facinelli, and Christian Serratos all posted over the weekend, and Serratos contributed her own TwitPic, which you'll find below.

Moving on down the feed, Miley Cyrus appears to have had a good time and a Britney Spears concert, and the two performers exchanged Twitter gushes when it was all over. Ice-T, meanwhile, was not gushing in his criticism toward public reaction Saturday when Jenny Slate dropped the F-bomb on "Saturday Night Live." I'm @brianwarmoth, and you can check out all of those posts, along with more Rose McGowan fan artwork(!), Dane Cook with Andre Agassi and what Amanda Bynes wants in a boyfriend. It's all in the Twitter-Wood report for September 28, 2009. Read More...

Cam GigandetHe played a villainous vampire in “Twilight” and has won Best Fight at the MTV Movie Awards two years running -- so, it’s safe to say we all know that Cam Gigandet is a really good bad boy. Currently, the in-demand star is hard at work on “Easy A,” a comedic spin on “The Scarlet Letter” that has him setting aside the vampire attire and instead cloaking himself in mortality and school clothes.

“The whole idea is that people [develop] their personas in high school,” Gigandet explained about the film, which stars Emma Stone as a modern-day Hester Prynne, the “Scarlet” outcast forced to wear a red “A” to mark her shame. “Whether that’s true or not, you never know until afterwards. I’m one of those characters who you think is one person, where he turns out to not be.” Read More...

Miley CyrusWith Zac Efron gone and Chace Crawford confirmed to fill Kevin Bacon's dancing shoes in the coming remake of "Footloose," there have been several rumors about which young Hollywood starlet might play Ariel Moore, the part originally played by Lori Singer in 1984.

It seems like every young woman in Hollywood has had her name tossed in the "Footloose" ring, and who could blame them for wanting to star alongside Chace in the Kenny Ortega-directed flick? Read More...
