When a group of young medical students challenge themselves to see who among them can commit the perfect murder, things kinda get a little bit tense. In the following clip, one of those students ("Heroes" star Milo Ventimiglia) ventures into dangerous territory when a discussion of killing arises. The film, co-starring Alyssa Milano, hits theaters on April 17.
