There may or may not be more "Transformers" movies in Michael Bay's future, but for now, the stars who previously battled the robots in disguise are still getting along. "Transformers" actors Tyrese Gibson and Ken Jeong reunited over the weekend, and perhaps there's more than meets the eye to their mention of "JS" -- Jason Statham, perhaps? Your guess is as good as ours!
Meanwhile, "Harry Potter" and "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" bad boy Tom Felton conquered Table Mountain over the weekend, Rainn Wilson made a shocking confession about his bathroom behavior and Christopher Mintz-Plasse may have stumbled upon his own secret Spider-Man origin.
I'm @roundhoward, and here's your Twitter-Wood for December 12, 2012.

"Kardashians" star and Kourtney’s baby daddy Scott Disick has been given the co-sign by "American Psycho" writer Bret Easton Ellis to inhabit the skin of Patrick Bateman, a role made famous by Batman himself, Christian Bale.
After news broke of a proposed remake of the 2000 film, as reported by Variety this week, Scott, who pretty much is the living embodiment of the Big Apple yuppie/serial killer/investment banker in look, charisma and style, took to Twitter to pitch himself as the perfect leading man for the leading role.

Better late than never? Perhaps encouraged by his daughters, M. Night Shyamalan has finally taken a seat on the Twitter train (he’s now on Facebook, too). His first tweet, on November 25th, was a characteristic homage to his childhood hero:
I was thirteen years old when I tried to call Steven Spielberg. I made my mom call and pretend she was my assistant. He didn't take my call.
To commemorate this auspicious occasion, we present to you a collection of bold predictions: the five ways M. Night Shyamalan will reinvent Twitter.

The comedy world lost another giant today as Patrice O'Neal has died at age 41. Support for the popular stand-up comedian and frequent "Opie & Anthony Show" contributor has been overwhelming already, with fellow comedians, actors, writers and other celebrities taking to Twitter to share their memories of O'Neal and their condolences for his loss.
See what everyone from Donald Glover to Sarah Silverman had to say about Patrice's passing in today's special edition of Twitter-Wood.

And in one fell swoop, Twitter just got a whole lot m***** f****** better. Samuel L. Jackson has joined Twitter. I think I can safely speak for everyone on the face of the Earth when I say: finally!
The man himself made it official last night on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," the same day the "Avengers" trailer premiered, when he announced his new feed and sent out his first tweet from @SamuelLJackson, "Can-a muh f**kasay f** on here?"
As of right now, Jackson has tweeted 11 times and has a little over 90,000 followers, averaging roughly 8,200 new followers per tweet. He told Fallon that what he really wants is a million followers, so he can catch up with the rest of the Hollywood celebs who weren't so late to the party. We implore you, help him out!
So far, Jackson has used most of his tweets on retweets, so we here at MTV News wanted to throw out a few suggestions to help the new guy out.

He told you he'd be back, and he lived up to his word: Arnold Schwarzenegger is officially back in action as a movie star.
The former Governator is slated to make his big screen comeback when "The Last Stand" rolls in front of cameras early next year, but we'll get a look at him before that when he reprises his role as Trench in "The Expendables 2." And you won't have to wait for Sylvester Stallone's star-studded sequel to hit theaters to get a first look, either: here's Schwarzenegger himself, providing you with all the photographic evidence you need that his days as an action hero are officially back on.

Steve Jobs, who died at 56 on Wednesday (October 5), was not just the visionary behind Apple and its groundbreaking technology, but also a leading force at Pixar, the Oscar-winning animation studio responsible for films like "Toy Story," "Finding Nemo," "Up" and more. His contributions to movies, both in terms of story and the way these stories are discovered by viewers, are immeasurable.
Actors and filmmakers from Alec Baldwin to Kevin Smith have reacted to Jobs' death on Twitter. Read their memories, quotes and more after the jump.

Sean Bean is having one heck of a week. As if his breathtaking turn in the latest episode of "Game of Thrones" wasn't enough for the guy, Bean was also reportedly stabbed in the arm during a bar altercation earlier in the week. But don't sob for the erstwhile Lord of Winterfell; good old Ned quickly shrugged off the attack, went back inside the bar and ordered himself a pint. Bean's handling of the situation is getting plenty of virtual high fives in today's edition of Twitter-Wood.
There's more news lurking about the online movie space today, of course: iconic newsman Larry King has put out the call for "Harry Potter" questions for an upcoming CNN special, while Judd Apatow gives an update on the status of his next movie.

"Super 8" is finally in theaters, and if you've been following along with the MTV Movies Blog gang, you know we loved it. We're not the only ones; several celebs in the Twitter-Wood sphere have already expressed their enthusiasm, and more positive reviews came storming in today.
There's also an outpouring of support for "Lost" creator Damon Lindelof's new multimedia science fiction project for Disney, "1952," though Lindelof himself wants to clarify exactly what that "seven figure deal" entails. Plus, Weiner-gate ridicule continues, Olivia Wilde strips down (sort of) and Jonah Hill squares off against Kanye West in an epic battle of Connect Four.

Although "Super 8" hits theaters nationwide tomorrow (or, really, today), several lucky people in Hollywood have already seen director J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg's long-awaited collaboration.
The movie had its grand premiere in Los Angeles last evening, drawing the likes of "Lost" co-creator Damon Lindelof, "Iron Man" director Jon Favreau and more — and based on their responses on Twitter, the reaction was overwhelmingly positive.
I'm @roundhoward and this is a special "Super 8" edition of Twitter-Wood for June 9, 2011.
