Josh Holloway

Producer J.J. Abrams has established a great tradition within the "Mission: Impossible" franchise: in the last two "M:I" installments, Abrams has called in fan-favorite actors from his television past for brief but awesome roles. First Keri Russell popped into "Mission: Impossible III" in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it death scene, and today's newest movie — "Ghost Protocol" — introduces "Lost" veteran Josh Holloway to the franchise. Exactly what purpose the former James "Sawyer" Ford plays in the new "Mission" remains to be seen, but no matter how big or small his role, we're psyched to have him on board.

"Kardashians" star and Kourtney’s baby daddy Scott Disick has been given the co-sign by "American Psycho" writer Bret Easton Ellis to inhabit the skin of Patrick Bateman, a role made famous by Batman himself, Christian Bale.

After news broke of a proposed remake of the 2000 film, as reported by Variety this week, Scott, who pretty much is the living embodiment of the Big Apple yuppie/serial killer/investment banker in look, charisma and style, took to Twitter to pitch himself as the perfect leading man for the leading role.

Ben Kingsley

Ben Kingsley can't get enough of his "Hugo" costar Asa Butterfield, apparently. Their powerful dynamic in the Martin Scorsese 3-D period piece was easily one of the highlights of that movie, and viewers are about to be treated to another collaboration between the pair of actors.

THR reports that Kingsley is in talks to join "Ender's Game," Gavin Hood's adaptation of the science fiction classic from novelist Orson Scott Card. Butterfield was previously cast in the title role with "True Grit" actress Hailee Steinfeld flirting with the project as well. For his part, Kingsley would play a legendary war hero long presumed dead.

Things changed when Paramount and del Toro couldn't come to an agreement. Now, Variety is reporting that Edgar Ramirez is the leading candidate to take over.
