Happy birthday, Daniel Radcliffe! The “Harry Potter” star turns 23 today. Rather than float into muggle oblivion, the most-recognized wizard in the world has been keeping busy. Since wrapping the "Harry Potter" films, Radcliffe has starred on Broadway in last year’s successful revival of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” and in the 2012 horror hit “The Woman in Black.”
Today we toast Radcliffe’s 23rd year by looking ahead to his future projects.

Today at MTV News we celebrate the birthday of actor Nathan Fillion. By “we” I mostly mean “I,” because I’m the only one around here with a mini-shrine to Nathan at my desk. But I invite you join me in the celebration, dear reader!
To get the party started, I present to you my Five Favorite Fillion Films, in list form. “Wait,” I hear you say, “Doesn’t Nathan Fillion do TV?” ‘Tis true, my astute fellow Fillionaire – he’s known primarily for his television roles on such shows as “Castle,” “Firefly” and “The Sitcom with Ryan Reynolds and Another Guy and a Girl and a Pizza Place.” But Nathan has done some fine work in film as well (and he will do more, as he’s just been cast as Hermes - a GOD! - in the “Percy Jackson” sequel). My faves are after the jump!

A very happy birthday goes out to one of our personal favorites, William Shatner, who turns 80 years old today.
When he's not fouling up our television sets with "$#*! My Dad Says," Shatner has been hard at work creating some of the most iconic and nerdy characters in our pop culture history. From "Star Trek" to "Boston Legal" to "Miss Congeniality," the actor not only created a new pattern... of speech, but also wormed his way into our hearts and public consciousness as a man that we just love to love.
So here's a throwback, "old friend," to some of our favorite roles played by Shatner over his 60-year-long career.
