"Hills" star Lo Bosworth has had a busy week as one of the MTV Movie Awards weekend guest hosts, getting styled and seeing all the action that takes place behind the scenes at the Gibson Amphitheatre. And now she can check one more item off her bucket list: having her picture taken by our Fashion 360 red-carpet camera.

The reality star told MTV News she'd really like to see Zac Efron get his picture taken by the 48 cameras that capture an image and take a 3-D picture of the subject. Lo got her photo taken by throwing popcorn in the air and posing with her arms up.

"I see it right there. I think it's so cool," she said after seeing the photo on the screen on the red carpet. "I never thought it would turn out so good.

"They wanted me to pose so that parts of my body were in different planes, so when you see it in 360 mode, it's not just standing there," she explained of how the camera works. "They had me look at one camera, and then they took a picture and they all go off at the same time. That's how you get that cool frame."

Come Sunday, when the MTV Movie Awards red carpet goes live, all the celebrities will be stopping by to have their 3-D picture taken. But Lo will always be the camera's first.

We met up at the back of the Gibson Amphitheatre on the Universal Studios lot. This is the area where the limos pick up the stars when the show is over. There is also a patio where the stars come to mingle and do press when the festivities end.

Newcomers may not realize it, but the "Star Trek" franchise is rife with some truly bizarre casting choices, particularly within the film series. Kirstie Alley, John Larroquette, Alan Ruck, Kim Cattrall, F. Murray Abraham… lots of folks you wouldn’t necessarily expect to see popping up in a sci-fi feature, particularly one with "Trek’s" devoted fanbase.

J.J. Abrams’ just-released "Star Trek" continues on in the same tradition, with a number of the director’s friends and colleagues appearing in various extraneous roles.

Greg Grunberg

Even the most sharp-eyed fans can be forgiven for missing this one. That’s because Abrams’ longtime friend Greg Grunberg, who most know these days as Matt Parkman on Tim Kring’s "Heroes," only lends his voice to the film. Grunberg pops up in an early scene, angrily reprimanding his young stepson, one James T. Kirk, for stealing his beautifully restored sports car. That same car is destroyed shortly afterwards, when Kirk sends it sailing off the edge of a cliff. Abrams apparently decided that no one needed to watch Grunberg giving his stepson a good walloping in the aftermath. Good call, J.J.

Tyler Perry

Everyone knows about this one. Tyler Perry is an acclaimed playwright, filmmaker and TV producer. He’s also Admiral Richard Barnett, head of Starfleet, in Abrams' "Trek." Notably, this is the director’s first film appearance outside one of his own films. Perry shows up several times throughout the "Trek," first seen reprimanding a brash, young “Mr. Kirk” for his dishonest approach to defeating the unwinnable "Kobayashi Maru" simulation. We see him again later on, congratulating Kirk for… well… see the movie and then you’ll know.

Akiva Goldsman

In addition to calling J.J. Abrams a friend, Akiva Goldsman is an accomplished screenwriter/producer. Even if the name is unfamiliar, you’ve definitely seen or at least heard of his films. Goldsman wrote the screenplays for “The Da Vinci Code” and its sequel “Angels & Demons,” which drops this Friday. He also wrote “A Beautiful Mind” (for which he won an Academy Award) and “I Am Legend,” among others. Goldsman produced “Legend” as well, along with “Hancock,” “Poseidon,” “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” and a considerable number of other well-known blockbuster films, extending all the way back to 1994’s “The Client.” Goldsman appears in “Trek” in a cameo as a Vulcan council member.

Rachel Nichols

Longtime “Trek” fans have some issues with Nichols’ appearance in the film, but it has nothing to do with who she is as a person. Nichols plays Gaila, a green-skinned Orion who also happens to be a member of Starfleet. This is a no-no in canonical “Trek” lore, as Orion women tend to be sold into slavery, relying on their unique body chemistry to exert control over their ostensible “masters.” Nichols’ appearance shouldn’t be terribly surprising to Abrams fans, as she played a major character in the director’s “Alias” TV series. Nichols has a busy summer ahead of her; in addition to “Trek,” the actress will also appear in “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” as Scarlett.

Joe Quinto

Like Greg Grunberg, Zachary Quinto – who plays Spock in “Trek” – made a name for himself on Tim Kring’s “Heroes” television series. Joe, an L.A.-based photography, is Zachary’s brother, and he is credited for performing stunt work in “Trek.” Gee, do you think it involved serving as a stunt double for his pointy-eared brother?

As you may have noticed, a recent wave roared across the Internet when countless news outlets began picking up on “Twilight Sucks,” a website that has begun cataloguing tales of violence between fans of “Twilight” and those who aren’t as enamored with the words of Stephenie Meyer.

Luckily, we kind of pride ourselves around here on bringing you news, rather than just being the umpteenth-million website to echo it. And since the majority of the tales told on “Twilight Sucks” seem phony, and are virtually impossible to corroborate, we’re not going to bother repeating them. If you want to read tales of ninja-star-attacks, feel free to look elsewhere.

Instead, I was hoping to appeal to the very-real fanbase we’ve come to know and love over the past year-and-a-half of covering “Twilight” so intensely here at MTV, as well as those who’ve posted comments voicing their distaste for the series (as they have every right to do).

Have you ever been verbally or physically abused because of your love for “Twilight”? Have you ever picked on someone else because their views of the vampire series weren’t in line with your own? Have you ever lashed out at someone just because they voiced their distaste for the Cullen clan?

Since we have so many Twilighters and non-fans who post on our messageboards every day, we wanted to ask for some first-hand stories from you guys. Is this supposed “Twilight violence” another case of the media taking a non-story and reporting it as fact? Or do your own experiences reveal some truth to all this?

Personally, I’m hoping these “Twilight Sucks” stories are just the result of some haters with overactive imaginations. Share your tales with us below – and from here on out, let’s all agree to keep the peace and respect each other’s views, okay?

I should probably confess this now: I’m terrified of horror movies. I think it has something to do with a traumatic basement viewing of “Nightmare on Elm Street” when I was in the first grade. So when my bosses at MTV News asked if I wanted to be in a horror movie, I thought they had to be joking. Then it occurred to me that perhaps the universe was issuing a challenge to an unsuspecting entertainment journalist: get over it dude!

Thus I’m heading down to Georgia for an exclusive visit to the set of "The Crazies,” the remake of George A. Romero’s 1973 cult horror flick about the accidental release of a top-secret military bio weapon and the blood-soaked insanity it unleashes on an unsuspecting small town. I’ll be undergoing three hours of makeup—and pretending I actually know something about acting—for a walk-on role as one of those mad, mad infected killers. I’m pretty pumped. And scared. But mostly pumped.

I’ll also be interviewing the cast and crew and running around the set—like a crazy man, obviously—bringing you fresh news about the production. The film stars Timothy Olyphant (FX’s “Damages”), Danielle Panabaker (“Friday the 13th”) and Radha Mitchell (“Melinda and Melinda”). They’ve been shooting in Georgia since early last month, and Tweeting from the set the entire time.

Let us know what you’re dying to learn about “The Crazies” and I’ll be sure to pose your questions to the folks on set. And, in turn, I’ll let you know what happens as I face my fears by embodying them, and maybe possibly winning an Oscar in the process. Even though I don’t have a single speaking line! Or any talent!

When "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" hit theaters last year, there was one person very clearly absent from the film.

Sure, George Lucas was able to bring back Harrison Ford to play the whip-slinging, womanizing archaeologist. He was even able to find a place for Indy's old flame, Marion Ravenswood, played by Karen Allen. And yes, Lucas even brought in some new blood, with Cate Blanchett as a cold-blooded Soviet and Shia LaBeouf as Indy's sassy son, Mutt.

But Lucas wasn't able to get Sir Sean Connery to reprise his role as Indy's dad, Henry Jones Sr. So, Lucas killed him off and has Indy mention it somewhere along the way in "Crystal Skull."

Connery reportedly didn't come back because he enjoyed being retired. Who can blame him? And, given that he is retired, he had just enough time to check out "Crystal Skull." When MTV News caught up with him Monday night in New York, we just had to know what he thought of franchise's newest installation.

"Did I see the latest? Yes, I did," he said, adding, "I thought it was rather good." But the screen legend did have one criticism of the film: "Rather long."

Day Two of my visit to the set of Rob Zombie's "H2: Halloween 2” starts out earnestly enough. I park my rental car in a rural Georgia town and approach the building where the crew will be shooting a large Halloween rave. That it was a Rob Zombie film became quickly evident when I encountered my first evil clown.

Hundreds of extras were gathered for what's probably the film's largest single shoot, each dressed in a unique outfit and adoirned in body paint and intricately applied make-up.

I'd spend more than seven hours on the set, during which time I chatted with Zombie, his lead actress Scout Taylor-Compton and Michael Myers himself, the unmistakable Taylor Mayne. Each spoke of the freedom they had this time around, unshackled from Carpenter's original film. This is a Zombie picture through and through, so expect a much darker movie than his first "Halloween."

We'll be rolling out a lot more from our set visit in the weeks ahead, so be sure to stay tuned to MTV.com for videos and interviews from the set. In the meantime, here's me in front of Rob Zombie's vision of a large scary pumpkin.

I've arrived in Covington, Georgia, and the population appears to be me plus the motel staff. I've flown in from New York City to visit the set of director Rob Zombie's sequel to his 2007 "Halloween." The film is apparently titled "H2: Halloween 2," which seems repetitive. I make a note to mention that to Rob when I see him tomorrow.

Rob's band White Zombie was a staple of my high school soundtrack so I'm excited to meet him. His episode of Jon Favreau's "Dinner For Five" -- with fellow guests Bruce Campbell, Roger Corman and Faizon Love (?) -- is spectacularly entertaining, and my favorite of the series. Drenched in tattoos, Rob's always looked like an intimidating figure but I've heard he's one of the nicest guys around. And while his "House of 1000 Corpses" and its sophomore follow-up "The Devil's Rejects" were a bit hardcore for my tastes, I've always respected that he's a man with a vision.

My call-time to the set is 1pm. I'm told I'll be observing the filming of a large scene involving 250 extras. Along with Rob, I'll also be speaking to castmembers...I silently hope Margot Kidder -- just added to the roster -- is one of them. It's nearly 8pm now so I'm off to hunt for nightlife. Either that or take a nap, whichever comes first. Stay tuned tomorrow when I report back from the set.

Summit Entertainment just released the new trailer for their upcoming horror flick "Sorority Row," and I gotta say — I think it looks kind of awesome. Is that just me?

The movie stars Briana Evigan ("Step Up 2: The Streets"), Leah Pipes, Rumer Willis and our very own "Hills" star Audrina Patridge. (Also in the film? Carrie Fisher, which is incredible.) In the film, a remake of "The House on Sorority Row," a group of sorority sisters accidentally cause the death of one of their own in a prank gone really, really badly. And if you watch the trailer, you see that — spoiler alert! — Audrina is unfortunately the one that gruesomely bites the dust. (Watch the trailer after the jump.)

The trailer starts by setting up the ladies' crazy Greek-life shenanigans — then Audrina's character discovers her boyfriend has cheated on her (what's up, Justin Bobby?) before enlisting her sorority sisters in a little revenge.

(Watch Audrina explain how she prepared for her death scene, after the jump!)

They decide to convince him that he's accidentally killed her. Unfortunately, it appears that he goes into panic mode and brutally attacks what he thinks is her corpse before the other girls can clue him in on the trick — and she dies a horrific death.

We were on the set of the film last fall and talked to Audrina about how she prepared for her big death scene. "I did practice," she laughed. "But, you know, once you're on set and in the moment, it's so much easier because you're around everybody else." And it's clear she manages to pull it off — no small feat, since she takes her gig very seriously. "Especially in a horror film, a lot of the deaths are so disgusting. You have to tough it out with all the blood, and it's so sticky and gross!"

What do you guys think of Audrina's screen time in the trailer? Will she cut it on the big screen? Let us know!
