When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die. That black-and-white sentiment doesn't leave too much room for romancing, though that does stop our favorite characters from Westeros and beyond from giving love their best shot.

Unfortunately, it never quite works out well for anyone involved (sorry Drogo). A new trailer for the April 1 premiere of HBO's "Game of Thrones" showcases all the romancing that will go on this season, and forebodes that no one will end up very happy in the end. In fact, I'm never one to agree with Cersei, but I think she says it best when she says, "The more people you love, the weaker you are."

"The Lone Ranger" has taken a while to get started, but now that it's nearing its filming start date, both we here at MTV News and the stars of the project can't wait to see the final product. We recently caught up with Armie Hammer, who plays the titular Lone Ranger in the movie, and he gushed about his onscreen sidekick Johnny Depp.

"He is a fantastic Tonto. And we have gotten to spend time together and work on the stuff, which is great," Hammer said. "And we're about to spend the next seven months together working on this stuff, so it's exciting."

For those who didn't know already, this Gore Verbinski-directed take on the beloved TV series will spin the traditional tale on its head. Tonto will be the main character in the film with the Lone Ranger taking the back-burner this time around. But that won't stop both actors from having plenty of time in the limelight.

Potter

If you've ever read Movies Blog, you know we're big "Harry Potter" fans here. So it shouldn't come as any surprise that we went over the moon when Warner Bros announced that they'd be converting the Leavesden Studios sets that they used to film the "Harry Potter" movies into a museum to honor the franchise.

ABC News has a brand new behind-the-scenes video tour of the museum that shows off some of the sets fans will get to see if they visit the Leavesden Studios lot. Let's just say that I'm seriously considering a ticket to London once this bad boy opens on March 31. I mean, it's only a 13 hour flight from California. Sacrifices must be made!

Check out the video preview after the jump.

"I'm pitching a prequel. Yeah. Before they were bridesmaids. Maybe in outer space. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking," Byrne said with a laugh. "Just modern. Go modern. Let's go, right? Let's reinvent it."

You shouldn't worry about getting your hopes up for a movie based on the "Friday Night Lights" TV series. It may be more likely than you think.

MTV News recently caught up with Connie Britton, one of the stars, and she said that director Peter Berg isn’t just shooting his mouth off when he talks about plans for an "FNL" movie. In fact, when she last spoke to him, she learned that he 100 percent plans on making the film come together.

"I actually just saw Pete this week and he is full-on serious about it," Britton said. "I love the idea. I think it's a great idea and I love those characters and listen, I think if they put a movie together, they're going to do it right. I really have faith in that."

"The Muppets" may be coming back for a sequel, but Jason Segel won't be there with them. The man who championed the Muppets' triumphant return to the big screen told MTV News in a recent interview while promoting his new movie "Jeff, Who Lives At Home" that he feels it's time for him to move on to other projects.

"I have handed off 'The Muppets' to my writing partner [Nick Stoller] and to James Bobin. My goal was to bring the Muppets back and I feel like I accomplished that. I feel like they're in really good hands," he said. "But it was half a decade of my life, I just want a little breather, and I know that they're going to nail it."
