For those of you who don't live in New York City, let me tell you that yesterday was bitterly cold. The Weather Channel tells me that the high yesterday was 22 degrees, the low 11, and the wind was relentless. Which brings me to my point: Isla Fisher and the other women posing on the outside red carpet for the "Confessions of a Shopaholic" premiere all wore fashionable, short dresses. No jackets.

I totally get that this movie is about the clothes, but, OMG!, can you imagine how freezing they were? You have to hand it to the girls, they are extremely brave. There have to be fashionably fierce coats for these women to wear on such an important occasion -- how did their stylists not insist on those? "He's Just Not That Into You" has quite the star-studded cast. So, how does a young Hollywood starlet make a splash at a premiere that will include all your gorgeous castmates, both male and female? If you're Scarlett Johansson, you debut your new brunette locks.

The gorgeous ex-blond looked radiant last night at the Hollywood premiere of her upcoming romantic comedy, along side the likes of co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Connelly. Not only did Scarlett stand out with her long brown hair, but also in her pink floral gown. The contrast between dark hair and bright dress stood out against the blue pastel of the step-and-repeat backdrop. All-in-all a red carpet triumph for the actress. We haven't heard a peep from the "Twilight" cast on the rumors that Dakota Fanning is being considered to play Jane in "New Moon." But, last night at Dakota's "Push" premiere actions spoke louder than words.

Now, let me be clear that this doesn't officially mean anything, but when almost the entire supporting cast of "Twilight" shows up to the premiere of "Push," which stars a certain blond haired starlet, it has to mean something! Right?

At the very least, it displays solidarity in their preference that Dakota get the role over Lucy Hale. Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Rachelle LeFevre and Edi Gathegi were all in attendance last night in Los Angeles, and although they didn't pose for photos with the "Push" star, they were all smiles and posed with each other. (Take a peek at select photos after the jump, and check out the whole "Push" premiere photo gallery here.) Read More...

Jim Carrey's been in the movie business a lot of years, but surprisingly this is his first trip to Sundance. He claims filming "Dumb and Dumber" here put Park City on the map, which may or may not be the case, but some sort of monument is in order ... according to Jim.

So, how does a festival virgin spend his time here? By hanging out with people he doesn't usually -- like 50 Cent! Check out what he has to say about partying with 50, and then watch our other celebrity Sundance interviews, including Kristen Stewart, Chris Rock, Michelle Trachtenberg and more!

Michelle Trachtenberg's in Park City to celebrate her new film "Against the Current" and took time out of her busy schedule to not only talk to us about her film and Gossip Girl, but also strike a pose for the MTV Sundance Photo Booth. Check it out below, and then click here to visit our huge gallery full of celebrity Sundance Photos, including Kristen Stewart, Michael Cera, Olivia Thirlby, John Krasinski, and so many more.

What a difference a year makes.

Last year Kristen Stewart came to Sundance as just another actor. She was here for the small film "The Yellow Handkerchief," which has yet to have a wide release, as is the case for many films shown here. It's actually part of the charm.

Then she started working on her next project (maybe you've heard of it?), which catapulted her into super-stardom with young girls everywhere. This year, here to debut "Adventureland," a film in which she co-stars with Jesse Eisenberg, the experience is a bit different for the young actress. When we caught up with Kristen yesterday, the "Twilight" star specifically described the difference in the level of paparazzi she's noticed here on this go round.

Kristen goes on to talk more about the Sundance experience, and what she thinks about all the actors and celebrities who are here for -- or not for -- festival films. Check out the video after the jump. Read More...

Just about one year after our very first "Twilight" interview with Kristen Stewart, we're back at Sundance and so is she!

By now you must have scene -- as any decent Twilighter would have -- that we spoke with Kristen while she was promoting her festival film "Adventureland." She first sat down with co-star Margarita Levieva and they took their MTV photo booth photos before starting the interview. Half way through, Margarita swapped out and Jesse Eisenberg swapped in to finish up the chat, which you can check out in our Sundance Edition of our Rough Cut show.

While all this was going on, we took tons of photos, which you can check out in our behind-the-scenes gallery, and check out a sneak peek after the jump. Read More...

While it wasn't like the National Mall, Main Street here in Park City was still filled with people watching giant screens tuned to the inauguration ceremony. The Sundance Film Festival unofficially paused this morning for about an hour, when President Barack Obama took his oath and spoke to America for the first time as our President.

The crowed clapped and cheered, and, in some small way, it felt like we were almost there. Like those lucky enough to be in Washington on this historic day, we shared the experience with both friends and strangers alike. Here are some photos from our inauguration celebration:

Spotted at Sundance: Michelle Trachtenberg out showing off her film "Against the Current" all over Park City.

The actress stopped in at the MySpace Cafe to chat about many things including her return to "Gossip Girl" this spring, which means Serena had better get ready for life to turn upside down once again. So, what could Georgina possibly do to the Upper East Side now that the big secret's been dealt with? And, how's she even going to find her way home after Blair had her banished?

We turned to the source ... and she has no idea. Read More...

I think Paris Hilton owes me a big thank you.

I'm sure you read what I wrote yesterday about Paris' Sundance fashion. Well, in case you forgot, let me just remind you really quick (yes, I'm actually going to quote myself): "MTV News has set up shop at the MySpace Cafe by the lifts, and we've seen Paris saunter in and out a couple of times in the past few days. Yesterday, her daytime look was less snow-bunny than I would have expected. In fact, she looked pretty badass, if you disregard her kitty hat and matching mittens."

So, imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning and checked out Sundance photos from Saturday to find PARIS IN A LITERAL SNOW BUNNY OUTFIT! It's possible I might be some sort of soothsayer! (Check out the photos after the jump.) Read More...
