Mr. T has a message for anyone who would ask him to cameo in the upcoming "A-Team" movie: "I pity the fool!"

"We don't do cameos!" the pop-culture icon stated -- or more accurately, screamed -- when asked about the in-development movie based on the 1983-1987 show that made him famous. "You don't disrespect us, or 'Pow! Pow!'" he added, pumping his fists. "Do you know what I mean?" (Watch our video interview with Mr. T below, and continue the article after the jump).

Every cop needs to find himself a good partner. These days, Wilmer Valderrama seems to know that better than anyone. "As far as CHiPs goes, right now we're in search of a great director and a great Jon," the former "That 70's Show" star told us this week, providing an update on the big-screen adaptation of another 70's show. "We're gearing up [to shoot] at the end of this year."

It was waaaaaay back in December of 2005 that Valderrama was announced as the new Frank "Ponch" Poncherello, launching buzz around the high-profile flick from Warner Bros. In the years since, the backlash against films like "Bewitched," "The Dukes of Hazzard" and "The Honeymooners" has grown, while follow-up details on "CHiPs" have become as infrequent as Erik Estrada appearances on network television. The biggest hurdle has been the coronation of Jon Baker, a role originated by blonde-haired leading man Larry Wilcox. "Honestly, there's a few people," is all Valderrama would reveal of a list that has reportedly included names like Paul Walker and Ryan Phillippe. "There are a couple favorites I have."

Many believe that Valderrama is holding out hope for fair-haired friend Chris Evans, whose appointment could be riding on the success or failure of next month's "Fantastic Four" sequel. Either way, don't be surprised if Evans is announced (or ignored) within days of the "Rise of the Silver Surfer" at the box office. "I can't give you anything," Valderrama shrugged. "Because I'll take away from his big announcement." The 27-year-old star did reveal, however, that he'll soon begin taking motorcycle-riding lessons. "I'm already scheduled to go on a couple drives with the highway patrol [later this year]," he added. "And hopefully they won't give me tickets after this movie." Read More...

Not since Mel Brooks in the late 60's/early 70's has a comedic writer/director/producer been on a roll quite like what Judd Apatow is engineering at this present time. Between "The 40 Year Old Virgin" and "Talladega Nights", next month's hilarious "Knocked Up" and the outrageous August sleeper "Superbad", everything this guy touches is turning into an instant classic. That's why we were psyched to get some exclusive news on the music for "Walk Hard", a recently-wrapped biopic spoof featuring "The Office" star Jenna Fischer and a "Talladega" shake-and-baker.

"I just shot a movie with John C. Reilly, that I wrote with Jake Kasdan, who directed the movie," Apatow said of the flick he's producing with the critically-beloved "Zero Effect" director behind the camera. "It's called 'Walk Hard,' and it's a goof on movies like 'Ray' and 'Walk the Line'. [Reilly] plays Dewey Cox, who has had a very long career, and has been addicted to many drugs and gone to rehab many times." Read More...

First he battled Ra's Al Ghul and The Scarecrow, and then we saw him heading off to take down The Joker. Now, what kind of Gamble is coming the way of Batman?

MTV News has learned that rapper/actor David Banner auditioned this week for a role in "The Dark Knight," the super-secretive sequel to 2005's "Batman Begins." According to the beefy "Black Snake Moan" supporting actor, he would play a villain named "Gamble," another criminal to help fill out the rogue ranks alongside Heath Ledger's Joker.

Banner, a long-time comic book fan who named himself after the main character in the TV version of "The Incredible Hulk," could barely contain his excitement when we caught up with him in South Central Los Angeles on Wednesday. The star was in town to film a cameo for the music video to "International Players Anthem," a track by UGK featuring OutKast.

After several years of making his Hollywood aspirations known, the role of Gamble could mark a big step in Banner's career in front of the camera. The Southern-born "Play" star told us that he was so excited to read for the filmmakers, in fact, that he even shaved off his trademark beard to look more appropriate for the part.

While the news that he's being considered is a big one for Banner himself, the larger story must be the presence of this mysterious "Gamble" character. Various searches on the Internet, as well as a call to the beloved fellow geeks at L.A.'s Golden Apple Comics, yielded little more than the consensus that this Batman baddie has never appeared in a Dark Knight comic before.

Although eager, a hesitant Banner stressed that he couldn't divulge anything more about the character, and that he didn't know if he had landed the part just yet. But either way, David Banner seems one step closer to joining Ledger, Christian Bale, Aaron Eckhart and the other illustrated men of Gotham City.

Directed by Christopher Nolan, "The Dark Knight" is currently filming, and is targeting a July 2008 release.

The time has come for her to abandon the swords and swashbucklers; she might be wise, however, to hold on to that bottle of rum. "Pirates of the Caribbean" actress Naomie Harris is the latest star to join "Night Watch," a high-profile drama that tells the story of an alcoholic LAPD cop framed by his former mentor. The flick will be directed and co-written by "Training Day" writer David Ayer.

"[Next] I go on to do 'Night Watch,' with Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker," the actress revealed to MTV News. The flick, whose name was recently changed from "The Night Watchman" (presumably to avoid confusion with Zack Snyder's upcoming "Watchmen"), recently began filming with a strong supporting cast that includes Chris Evans ("The Fantastic Four"), Hugh Laurie ("House"), Terry Crews ("Norbit") and rapper/actor Common. The next in a long line of "Dark Keanu" roles (think "Constantine" and "The Gift"), the flick casts the "Matrix" star as a bottle-abusing cop whose grief for his wife is compounded when he learns that a friend (Whitaker) has turned against him.

The beautiful Harris, a veteran of flicks like "28 Days Later" and "Miami Vice" who might be best known as the voodoo queen Tia Dalma in "Pirates," told us that she's excited to be in the film but can't talk about her character. And it isn't for the usual secrecy concerns - she simply can't remember. "I don't know very much about her," Harris grinned. "I've been offered the part, but I've [only] read the script once; I don't really know very much about my character yet."

Harris does remember one thing about the script, however: It will take Reeves and red-hot Oscar winner Whitaker to some very shadowy places. "Yeah, it's really dark," said Harris, adding that she'll begin filming this summer. "It's a really great movie, though, and I'm really excited to be part of it."

It was supposed to have been their blockbuster follow-up to "The Wedding Crashers", but MTV must now regretfully report yet another Hollywood divorce: Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are out of "Outsourced."

"It was developed for Vince and Owen, but they're not doing it anymore," director Hank Azaria revealed.

"The Simpsons" voice actor has put his acting career on hold to shoot "Outsourced," a comedy that marks Azaria's directorial debut. "It's about these two guys who work at a factory in Southern California," Azaria said. "Their jobs get outsourced to Mexico, and they decide 'Well, we like Mexico. Let's go down there and work down there'. And they become like the Norma Raes of Mexico."

While we can't be sure whether that means a Sally Field cameo is imminent, Azaria's statements make it depressingly clear that Vince and Owen won't be re-teaming on screen anytime soon. Asked which stars would be replacing them as the laughable laborers, all Azaria could offer was "We don't know yet. We'll see." The project is scheduled to begin shooting in a few months.

MTV News has confirmed that Nicolas Cage is set to play Chicago crime boss Al Capone in "The Untouchables: Capone Rising."

Cage will reteam with "Snake Eyes" director Brian DePalma for the project, playing a younger version of the character made famous by Robert DeNiro. "Capone Rising" is a prequel to DePalma's 1987 classic "The Untouchables," and will revolve around the early dealings between Capone and Irish cop Jimmy Malone, a role that garnered an Oscar for Sean Connery.

Principal photography on the high-profile flick will begin in October, some 21 years after its predecessor was filmed. No word yet on whether the temporary "Capone Rising" title will be scrapped, following the chilly reponse audiences gave to February's "Hannibal Rising" prequel.

Based on the classic 50's/60's TV drama, "The Untouchables" was a box-office and critical smash that announced Kevin Costner as a leading man, re-launched the career of Connery, and showed the world that you should never turn your back on DeNiro when he's holding a baseball bat. Rumors continue to swirl that Sean Penn or Colin Farrell will be cast as the younger Connery, discussions that seem far more credible now that Cage has decided to pull a gun instead of a knife, and send doubters to the morgue rather than the hospital.

Because that, as he now knows, is the Chicago way.

One way or another, "Spider-Man 3“ star Kirsten Dunst is determined to play punk/new-wave icon Debbie Harry in a biopic. "It's in development," she said excitedly about playing the Blondie singer. "I've talked to Debbie. We're both Jersey girls, and I think she's the coolest woman in the world."

Although Dunst was born around the time when Blondie broke up in 1982, the actress insisted that hits such as "Heart of Glass" and "Tide Is High" have long acted as a soundtrack to her life, and now she's eager to bring the sultry songstress' relevance to a new generation. "I have a lot of responsibility, I know that," she admitted. "But I would never attempt to even take this on if I didn't think that I can do it." Dunst credited her mom with turning her on to the band as a child.
