Green LanternFROM SPLASH PAGE: With the "Green Lantern" casting rumors running rampant -- is Chris Pine in, or is he out? -- it's hard to identify a reliable bit of news regarding the developing DC superhero flick. But there is at least one thing you can count on -- Hal Jordan, whoever he may be, is heading to Australia.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the superhero feature will shoot in Sydney, Australia at Fox Studios Australia. Pre-production on the movie is set to begin this July with filming slated for November. "Green Lantern" is planned for a December 2010 release.

Angelina JolieFROM SPLASH PAGE: Just when you thought it was dead -- or at least a long ways away -- the long-awaited "Sin City 2” has reared its ugly head. But if you believe this latest rumor, the rough-and-gruff tough-guy ensemble is about to get a whole lot prettier.

Clint Morris at Moviehole reports that "Wanted" star Angelina Jolie is in "serious talks" to star in "Sin City 2." Morris says, according to a "high-profile producer friend," that the filmmakers are actively trying to get the actress to commit to the "Sin City" sequel.

Robert PatrickThe stars are literally aligning for the upcoming McG-directed "Terminator Salvation." With rumors of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton lending their likeness and voice talents, respectively, it was only a matter of time before another "Terminator 2” veteran got linked to the project -- the dreaded T-1000 himself, Robert Patrick.

In an interview with FEARNet, McG discussed the idea of having Patrick return for an eventual "Terminator 5” as a scientist working to improve health standards for mankind.
