Remember back when we had "Twilight" faces showing up in the feed on a daily basis in Twitter-Wood? Well, they're all over the place doing things since "Eclipse" filmed and "New Moon" launched, and it's been a good two months since a TwitPic of Christian Serratos and Edi Gathegi showed up. But they reemerged today.

Lee Unkrich, meanwhile, has been a regular poster, showing off shots of the "Toy Story 3" cast as they've shown up to the studio to record. Yesterday, he got a visit from singer/songwriter Randy Newman, though, and he reports that a new song has been created -- presumably for the film. Make your own guesses and check out which "Hangover" actor is in a sling and which actor re-iterated that he's definitely returning for "Transformers 3" after the jump. It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 9, 2010. Read more...

If you still felt distanced from New Orleans watching Super Bowl XLIV on your TV last night, you need look no further than Kim Kardashian, Jim Carrey and Shannon Elizabeth's Twitter feeds from last night. All three were much closer to the Saints' historic win that were, and one of them got to hang out with Lennox Lewis and Scottie Pippen while they were there.

If you were able to collect yourself after being brought to tears by Google's Super Bowl commercial like one "Twilight" actress was, you may have caught a glimpse of the "Dante's Inferno" advertisement or skipped over to the Puppy Bowl as Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Feig did. You can find out what they thought and see what your office may look like after Spike Jonze uses it to film "Where the Wild Things Are" after the jump. It's all retweeted in Twitter-Wood for February 8, 2010. Read more...

At least one voice in the Twitter-Wood feed was happy to Mike Dunleavy depart from his role as head coach of the Los Clippers this week. Most of TW's citizens veer toward the Lakers in the basketball tweets, so it's always great to get some variety when someone like Danny Masterson speaks up to acknowledge L.A.'s other NBA team.

It was a big day for criticism off the court, too. Michael McKean didn't seem too impressed with "Spartacus: Blood & Sand" on Starz, Tinsel Korey chimed in to weigh in against her "Twilight" co-star Alex Meraz's comments from yesterday about Taylor Lautner's film "Valentine's Day" and Steve Agee shouted back after Rainn Wilson launch a snark bomb at him about "The Sarah Silverman Program." All of those tweets and some Jackie Chan fan artwork await you after the jump in Twitter-Wood for February 5, 2010. Read more...

At least one of Taylor Lautner's "New Moon" co-stars doesn't sound too impressed with the actor's new project "Valentine's Day," despite the fact that the film has more headline-worthy casting choices than a Robert Altman movie. (That's a joke because "A Prairie Home Companion" and "Short Cuts" both had big casts, too.)

Elsewhere, talk of a "Watchmen" sequel kicked up a few tweets, though the vocal ones haven't been too receptive thus far. Find out what a few guys in the know about comics films had to say after the jump where you'll also see some birthday wishes to zombie film legend George Romero, get a look at what Jim Henson-decorated piping at Jimmy Fallon's studio looks like and find out who tweets naked. It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 4, 2010. Read more...

Team Jacob takes on an entirely different meaning if you happen to be a "Lost" follower. One "Twilight" actress has been evaluating whether or not she wants to cross over, though. She wasn't wasn't alone, as Twitter-Wood made their allegiances and alternative lack of interests known last night.

In other tweets, Snooki from "Jersey Shore" popped up again today after posting a slew of TweetPhotos from an MTV event last night. She's evidently made a new friend in Brody Stevens of "The Hangover." Those posts, in addition to director Kyle Newman's thoughts on re-told superhero origins in movies, Rip Torn and Nathan Fillion's dream from last night will all appear for you after the jump in Twitter-Wood for February 3, 2010. Some days it's just too easy to select a Pic of the Day, and Brett Ratner posted a slow pitch this morning that was straight across the plate to Twitter-Wood. He may even make you wish that you had a magical leprechaun companion as well.

Meanwhile, it's been a long day since Oscar nominations for 2010 were announced, and I've got even more reactions that are retweeted below from Neil Gaiman, Eli Roth and Omar Doom. Check those out after the jump along with Snooki's response to rumors about nude photos of her being shopped around and a "Mad Men" actor who was none too thrilled to find out someone commandeered his iPod. It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 2, 2010. Read more...

Nothing stirs up emotions, name-dropping and unbridled snark in Hollywood quite like the Academy Awards nominations, and each of these behaviors was alive and well this morning as the official Oscar contenders for 2010 went public.

In the first few hours after the nominees were announced Twitter-Wood saw all of these reactions, and I've retweeted a collection below filled with Anna Kendrick's shock after seeing her Best Supporting Actress nomination for "Up in the Air," Lee Unkrich's wishes to the "Up" crew, Samm Levine's assessment of the eight nominations received by "Inglourious Basterds" and more. Check 'em out below in this Twitter-Wood Special Edition. Read more...

Whether they were watching them, hating on them, or just hanging around for the after-parties, most of Twitter-Wood was aware of the Grammy Awards last night. Russell Brand thought they were long, Jessica Simpson said she cried, and Brian Posehn's blood-pressure wasn't up to watching them, but they contributed tweets.

In the few non-Grammy tweets that showed showed up in the feed today Demi Moore had a photo opp with the "Jersey Shore" cast, which got retweeted all over the place, and actor Rip Torn's alleged bank break-in got a lot of actors thinking. Find out after the jump what Steve Agee had to say, as well as if Neil Gaiman partied it up or went to bed early on Grammy night. It's all in Twitter-Wood for February 1, 2010. Read more...

Today's Twitter-Wood came under duress, as TwitPic.com was down for a while, and I wasn't sure where the Twitter Pic of the Day was going to come from. Luckily, everything worked out and I didn't have to make a blind decision. That means I've fully vetted today's shot of John Travolta at the opening for "From Paris With Love," Jason Reitman's view of Oprah's birthday celebration and Jackie Earle Haley's photo opp at Golden Ear Park.

The feed also brought a status update from Kevin Smith on his film "Hit Somebody," which is based on one of my all-time favorite Warren Zevon songs, a few more thoughts on J.D. Salinger's passing and a pre-date dilemma from Diablo Cody. Check it all out and find out who was backstage at the Grammy Awards yesterday in Twitter-Wood for January 29, 2010. Read more...

Zachary Quinto may have scared a few "Star Trek" fans when he said he would be stepping away from the franchise for a couple of years. He ran some damage control from his Twitter account today, though, to assure everyone that he would be sticking with his Spock role for the films, just not on anything related to public appearances or side projects.

Meanwhile, in trending topic new, the death of J.D. Salinger hit home for a lot of Twitter-Wood posters today, who contributed memories and first encounters with his masterpiece "Catcher in the Rye." That's the heart of the report today, but read on past the jump, and you'll also find Edgar Wright contemplating a release date for "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" and Michael Ian Black's suggestion for a Michael Cera memoir in Twitter-Wood for January 28, 2010.
