'Total Recall' Director Lays Down Trailer Commentary
Posted 4/4/12 1:59 pm EST by Kevin P. Sullivan in Trailers, Video
When there's a trailer that's heavy on insane sci-fi visuals, like "Total Recall" for example, you're bound to wonder "How'd they do that?" That's exactly why MTV News spoke with director Len Wiseman to get the behind-the-scene secrets from the trailer.
Wiseman walked through the trailer scene-by-scene, describing some of the choices he made and how he pulled off some of the special effects. As it turns out, Colin Farrell's kung fu scene was entirely practical, according to Wiseman.
"The cameras would move at 35 miles an hour that were on computer systems," he said. "It took two days. It was immensely fun, but it is 100 percent practical."
What did you think of Len Wiseman's trailer commentary for "Total Recall"? Let us know in the comments below and on Twitter!
