The shark has two heads. So help us all, the shark has two heads!!
That's pretty much the only thing I've been able to say in the twenty-four hours or so that passed since watching MTV Movies' exclusive trailer for "2-Headed Shark Attack," the latest thriller from The Asylum that lands on DVD shelves today (January 31). I encourage anyone and everyone to watch the "Shark Attack" trailer right here, right now, if only so that I'm not the only one with shark-filled madness swimming about in my brain(s).
In "2-Headed Shark Attack," college students and other youths find themselves on the defensive when their Semester at Sea ship is destroyed by the assault of a two-headed shark. Charlie O'Connell (brother of Jerry), Carmen Electra and Brooke Hogan, among others, band together to survive this impossibly mutated two-headed attack… but as the trailer makes plainly clear, survival just isn't in the cards for many of our heroes.
Like many of the Asylum's offerings, "2-Headed Shark Attack" does not disappoint in the ridiculous, over-the-top, is-that-really-happening, holy-wow-it-really-is-happening departments — at least it doesn't if the trailer is any indication. If you're sold based on what you see here, your next steps are easy: "Shark Attack" is available on DVD today (January 31), so dive into shark-infested waters if you feel so inclined.
