It's been a busy few days for the MTV News crew covering 2011 San Diego Comic-Con, but fortunately we've been hard at work bringing scoops from the biggest and most buzzworthy stars on the hottest to a computer screen near you. See some of the highlights below!
Eliza Dushku Talks "True Lies 2"
Eliza Dushku took some time out of promoting "Batman: Year One" to stop by the MTV livestream and chat about her upcoming film projects. Unsurprisingly, a "True Lies" sequel question was thrown her way by a Twitter follower. Her response? It might be a little while.
"I think there's been a little a little snafoo with the star. With the Schwarzenegger. I think it's going to be a minute," she said with a laugh. "For a while I was never even talking about it. And all of the sudden I started getting calls from the Governor's office in California saying, 'You aren't allowed to talk about 'True Lies.'"

Live from San Diego Comic-Con, it's day three of MTV News' takeover of this pop culture mecca. On today's live stream, we'll be featuring appearances from some of the Con's biggest names: "Spider-Man" stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, "Ghost Rider" star Nicolas Cage, "Walking Dead" stars Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies and Jon Bernthal, "Adventures of Tintin" filmmakers Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson, and "Real Steel" and "Wolverine" star Hugh Jackman.
But that's just a taste of what we have in store for our final live stream at SDCC. We'll be premiering the exclusive first look at Lea Michele in character as Dorothy in the upcoming animated film, "Dorothy of Oz." And, of course, we'll also been welcoming in a bunch of live guests, including "Batman: Year One" star Eliza Dushku and comedian Paul Scheer. If you've got any questions for these folks, be sure to tweet us your questions to @MTVNews using #mtvsdcc.
The whole thing kicks off at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT from MTV News' headquarters at San Diego Comic-Con. So tune in now to watch all the fun, and don't forget to tweet us your questions!

"The Darkest Hour" has come to San Diego Comic-Con, but things certainly look bright for the new Summit Entertainment sci-fi flick.
Stars Emile Hirsch, Max Minghella and Joel Kinnaman were joined by director Chris Gorak and producers Tom Jacobson and Monnie Willis at a special press presentation to show off the production art for the upcoming alien invasion movie. "The Darkest Hour" plays around with the concept of an extraterrestrial assault both visually and in terms of its style.
"It's an alien movie, but it's kind of pretty different I think. I'm not worried about people confusing it with the other ones," said Minghella. "It's really a human story about these five characters trying to survive in this completely fucked environment."

FROM MTV NEWS: Taylor Lautner is ready to abduct the title of Hollywood's resident action star when "Abduction" hits theaters September 23, but he didn't get there without a little inspiration from some of the genre's greatest actors.
When MTV caught up with the "Twilight Saga" star at San Diego Comic-Con this week, he revealed that he did more than admire the top action actors: He studied them. Considering "Abduction" is being described along the lines of the "Bourne" movies and "Minority Report," it makes sense that Tom Cruise and Matt Damon are among Lautner's biggest role models.
"I studied film with John Singleton while preparing for the movie, and I chose Tom Cruise, Matt Damon, Denzel Washington, Harrison Ford; we just went down the list," Lautner explained. "It would be an honor to have a tenth the career that those guys have."

When Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried stopped by MTV News' San Diego Comic-Con headquarters yesterday, they came directly from their Hall H panel for "In Time," and were therefore full of the Comic-Con-fueled adrenaline and giggly energy that comes from appearing in front of 6,000 screaming fans.
We did our best to get them to talk seriously about their Andrew Niccol-directed thriller, but first they engaged in a back-and-forth about their Hall H experience and the use of the phrase "sizzle reel" to describe teaser trailers and footage.
"It was really short and I stood there and got nervous and didn’t say anything," Seyfried said of their "In Time" presentation.

There are plenty of reasons to be excited for "The Hobbit," from Peter Jackson's directorial return to Middle Earth, to the awesome-looking dwarf costumes, to the return of some fan-favorite characters like Elijah Wood's Frodo. But Andy Serkis has his own specific reason: he's Jackson's second unit director.
"He's always been aware that directing is an area that I want to move into, as well as acting," Serkis said of Jackson while at San Diego Comic-Con. "It was a wonderful opportunity and made sense."
He wasn't clear on which scenes he'd be behind the camera for, but we're assuming it won't be any of the moments when Gollum is around.

Rumor squashing alert, Movies Blog readers: Rhys Ifans is not going to be in the upcoming James Bond movie.
The rumored casting hit the web last week, floating the notion that Ifans had come on board "Bond 23" in an unspecified role. We were busy speculating what role Ifans could have possibly been playing, but apparently all that effort was unfounded. When MTV caught up with him at San Diego Comic-Con, he denied any involvement.
"No. I just have a license to kill," he joked.

Day two of "MTV News: Comic-Con Takeover" continues after yesterday's "Twilight" focused live stream, though even today, you won't be free of the supernatural. "Breaking Dawn" star Taylor Lautner is joining us today to talk about his breakout leading man role in "Abduction," the "Bourne" inspired action flick dropping soon.
We've got other stars here as well: Justin Timberlake is in the house to talk about "In Time," his sci-fi thriller co-starring Amanda Seyfried, and we also have Jon Favreau, director of "Cowboys & Aliens" and everybody's favorite "Iron Man," dropping by. All that plus an exclusive look at a new clip from "ThunderCats." Not a bad lineup, eh?
The fun starts right now, so please, tune in! And it's never too late to send along your questions, so tweet them to @MTVNews using the hash tag #mtvsdcc!

Just call Beyoncé an overachiever. Despite having a shelf full of Grammys (16, to be exact), a string of movie roles under her belt and a catalog of sing-a-long hits, the pop superstar has recently scored the lead role in Clint Eastwood's remake of "A Star Is Born," an opportunity she calls "the biggest opportunity of my life."
Speaking with Reuters, B opened up about the iconic movie role (previously played by Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland), sharing her jitters about the first time she met Hollywood heavyweight Eastwood.
"I met with Clint and I was so nervous and I know that it is the biggest opportunity of my life," she said. "I will work as hard as I can, because I can't wait. And I am so happy that he trusts me and I am in good hands and I am so fortunate."

The third movie in the “Paranormal Activity” franchise will be hitting theaters in October, and a new trailer is here to spook you into watching. If you’ve seen the first two movies, the names Katie and Krista will grab your attention.
The trailer starts out innocently enough. This is again done through home video cameras and shows two girls playing in the backyard and having fun in 1988. But pretty soon it starts flashing into creepier and creepier scenes.
