Feeling a little groggy, or sluggish? Is it that "afternoon feeling?" Well, we don’t have any energy shots for you, but we do have a pretty entertaining clip. It's funny, it's gory, it's a "deadtime" story.

"George A. Romero Presents Deadtime Stories," to be exact, a DVD anthology of three 30-minute horror films. Romero is best known for the zombie flicks he launched in 1968 with "Night of The Living Dead," and with the horror legend acting as executive producer for these short films, you're pretty much guaranteed a bloody good time.

In this exclusive clip from the short film "Valley of The Shadow," a group of explorers find themselves drifting into some rather… unsafe territory, to put it gently. We're warning you, don't watch this before you go to bed. Nothing says "warning" like a head on a stick. Or six.

"George A. Romero Presents Deadtime Stories" Volume 1 on DVD hits shelves today.

FROM RAPFIX: 20 years ago today writer/director John Singleton changed the movie game. As cliche as it may sound before July 12, 1991, films depicting the harsh realities of the inner-city, African American experience were underappreciated, undervalued and virtually unheard of. That was of course until the theatrical release of "Boyz N the Hood." Inspired by the N.W.A. song of the same name, "Boyz N the Hood" put the struggles of the Black youth in Los Angeles on full display.

There was Trey, played by a then-unknown Cuba Gooding Jr. Under the guidance of his father Furious Styles (Lawrence Fishburn) Trey stood with one foot in and one foot out trying to balance his dad's virtuous teachings with the pull of the streets. Ricky, played by a young Morris Chestnut was a good kid, learning to be a father himself while chasing his football dreams before it was all violently taken away from him. Then there was Doughboy, played by rapper Ice Cube. In his first acting role Cube nailed the unapologetically-gangster character and went on to conquer the sliver screen in his own right.

Severus Snape is the Harry Potter World Cup champion, and Alan Rickman accepted the award on his character's behalf at last night's "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" premiere in New York City. It was a surreal moment, to say the least. Watch the video below to see his reaction to the news.

For many of you, Snape's victory isn't much of a surprise — he was practically predestined for the win after defeating Harry Potter with such ease, going on to topple both Hermione and Ron with a similar level of fan support — and while the feeling isn't entirely unanimous, it seems that the vast majority of "Potter" fans are very, very pleased with Snape winning the World Cup.

Check out a sample of reactions to Snape's World Cup win after the jump!

Game of ThronesWith "Game of Thrones" off the air until next year's second season, now is as good a time as any to start reading "A Song of Ice and Fire," the novel series that provides the foundation for the HBO fantasy epic. It's an especially good time to come on board considering that "A Dance with Dragons," the fifth book in the series, is finally in stores after six years of delays. Needless to say, it's straight to the local book shop after work.

Though we're still years away from seeing "A Dance with Dragons" on the small screen (assuming, and hoping, that "Game of Thrones" lasts long enough to make it that far), it's never too early to get excited for more "Thrones" mania. After the jump, find five reasons why we're looking forward to dancing with "Dragons" in George R.R. Martin's latest adventure.

A fair warning — if you haven't read up to "A Feast for Crows," there be spoilers beyond the jump. Another fair warning — this is NOT a place for "Dragons" spoilers. If you're already deep into the book, keep the plot reveals to yourself!

Ladies and gentlemen, pure-blood and muggle-born alike, it's our honor to present to you the winner of the Harry Potter World Cup: none other than Severus Snape!

The longtime Potions master at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is the grand champion of our month-long World Cup tournament, taking home the hefty trophy after six epic rounds of one-on-one duels. There were many tough calls and close votes over the course of the competition — Neville versus McGonagall, Sirius versus Ron, for instance — but Snape was never in jeopardy, not once. The Half-Blood Prince made this thing look easy from the very beginning, breaking out with big early leads and never looking back once. The victory was well fought and well earned.

But what is it that makes Severus Snape the greatest "Harry Potter" character of all time? We want to know what you think in the comments section and on Twitter, but first, we'll give you a few of the reasons we think Snape more than earned the title.

In November of last year, the cast of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1" proved their ability to commit to English by way of the good old US of A in "American Talk With Josh Horowitz." If you thought that our After Hours host was done putting them through hoops filled with American slang and pop culture references, well, you must have forgotten that there was another part of "Deathly Hallows" to enjoy — and, by extension, another press junket in which we could harass our favorite "Potter" stars one last time.

It's our pleasure to present "American Talk 2.0," a revamped version of the game show that doesn't just test our "Potter" stars' abilities to speak in an American accent, but also their breadth of knowledge in all things Kardashian and "Back to the Future." Our contestants this go-around include Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis and Harry Potter World Cup runner-up Rupert Grint. How'd they fare in this latest competition? Just hit play and you'll see for yourself!
