Looks like Emma Watson is taking her "Beauty" to the big screen with Guillermo Del Toro.
Coming Soon reports that the "Potter" star and "Pacific Rim" director are uniting for a new big screen spin on "Beauty and the Beast," with Watson playing the titular beauty. Discussions are still in their early stages, but we're psyched to see what these two powerhouses create together.

Howard Gordon Puts The "24" In "2084"
"24" showrunner Howard Gordon has joined forces with "Final Destination" director James Wong to bring sci-fi flick "2084" to the big screen. It will be an adaptation of the not-yet-released novel of the same name by debut author Gregg Rosenblum, and is being described as "1984" meets "The Terminator." Color us curious.
Previews Of "Total Recall" And "Underworld: Awakening"
The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly has some new sneak peeks at upcoming flicks "Total Recall" and "Underworld: Awakening," and SuperHeroHype has gotten their hands on scans of both of them. These images are just teases for both flicks' upcoming San Diego Comic-Con panels.
The Lights Not Out On "Friday Night Lights"
Fans who were just mourning the end of critically acclaimed "Friday Night Lights" should be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. TV Line is reporting that the story may return to the big screen (again) and have the major cast return in a story that would pick up right where the show left off. Nothing is in production yet, but TV Line is expecting news to come in soon.
