The Na'vi are on the move, thanks to James Cameron.
The director's two planned "Avatar" sequels have packed up shop and are headed to Manhattan Beach, California, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Our guess is that the setting of the next two parts in Cameron's epic science fiction saga will move locations as well. Since the Omaticaya's Hometree was destroyed in "Avatar," your guess is as good as ours as to where they'll be heading to set up a new home base.
After the jump, take a walk with Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel," find out which zombie war flick is actually getting made, and hit the streets with Ghostface.
"World War Z" Is Actually Happening, So Get Ready
Buy your rifles and stock up your pantries, because "World War Z" is almost upon us. Bleeding Cool has the news that the film's cinematographer, Robert Richardson, is currently prepping production for the film at one of London's major movie studios. After weeks and months of delays and financial woes, it looks like the flick is actually going to get made. Thanks goodness!
Ghostface Takes To The Streets
Sick of your average, everyday website interviews to promote upcoming movies? Well, Next Movie has taken the man-on-the-street interview to a whole new level. None other than Ghostface himself took to the streets of Times Square in New York City to gauge fan interest in "Scream 4." The results, as you would imagine, are equal parts hilarious and horrifying.
Two More Join John Travolta's "Gotti"
During a press conference Tuesday, producers of John Travolta's upcoming gangster flick "Gotti: Three Generations" confirmed that Joe Pesci has officially joined the cast while Lindsay Lohan is in talks to play Travolta's onscreen daughter, The Hollywood Reporter said. It's somewhat surprising, considering that Lindsay hasn't had the best track record when it comes to films recently.
Super Cool (And Scary) "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D" Set Photos
Slash Film friend Sara Collaton made her way to the "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D" set recently and caught some crazy awesome long-exposure shots of the carnival-themed production area. Feel free to speculate what could actually be going on at this area, but if the film is half as good as these shots make it look, we have a feeling fans are in good shape.
Henry Cavill Meets WonderCon
MTV's Josh Horowitz got to meet the "Man of Steel" himself, Henry Cavill, at WonderCon this year, and he definitely proved himself as the world's next Superman. Though he says he might not be feeling the pressure just yet, we have a feeling that that will change soon enough.
