After weeks and months of teases, photos and a whole lot of waiting, it's finally here—the first full trailer for "The Hangover: Part II" has arrived.
We're pretty big fans of the trailer here on the Movies Blog team, and we're not the only ones. During CinemaCon in Las Vegas this week, we spoke with Todd Phillips about his experience shooting the "Hangover" sequel, and the director confessed that he thinks the follow-up is even better than the original.
"I think it's a funnier film and a more epic film. We have less constraints on us, and I don't mean money, but freedom to do whatever we want. In that way, it just turned out to be a more satisfying film to me."
As happy as we are to hear Phillips' satisfaction with "The Hangover: Part II," what we're really interested in hearing is what YOU thought of the trailer. For what it's worth, Phillips completely understands that certain people are still going to enjoy the first "Hangover" more than the second one, even if he doesn't agree with them: "I love the first one. There are people who will never agree [with me] because the first one is still the first one. But I think this movie is going to surprise people."
We're big fans of the first film ourselves, but we're also not ruling out the possibility that we could love round two even more, based solely on the new trailer. But what did you think of it?
