It's been over a year since news broke that Mark Pellington ("Arlington Road") was attached to direct a remake of the Spanish horror flick, "The Orphanage." But unlike Larry Fessenden, who reportedly departed the project after a casting dispute, Pellington told MTV News that he remains committed to the production. Yet he, too, is clearly frustrated at the slow development pace.

"I don't know. That's been a year in discussion," Pellington told us at the Sundance Film Festival, where he was promoting "I Melt with You." "I'm ready to go whenever they can find an actress and pull the trigger….I've been attached for a year, and it's actually because it's been delaying, delaying, delaying that I decided to do this. I was like, 'How long are you going to wait?'"

LimitlessIf the mind is the scene of the crime in "Inception," the tagline takes on a whole new meaning in "Limitless."

The brain-bending thriller, which arrives in theaters on March 18, follows struggling novelist Eddie Morra (Bradley Cooper). When he comes into contact with a new experimental drug called NZT, his previously bleak future suddenly becomes much brighter: the drug allows him full access to all of his brainpower, leading to a much more successful existence than the one he's currently enjoying.

But success is not without its limits, despite what the film's title suggests. Both Morra and the audience will learn this lesson the hard way when "Limitless" hits screens. The movie's release is still some weeks away, but for now, we've got an exclusive first look at two new photos from the forthcoming thriller. Check them out past the jump!

Arrested DevelopmentJudging by the continued demand for an "Arrested Development" movie, it's clear that Mitch Hurwitz's biting comedy has lived on in our hearts much longer than it lived on the small screen.

But while the show's popularity has continued to grow since its cancellation in 2006, Hurwitz's television efforts have hit another snag: the axe has fallen on "Running Wilde."

With the Will Arnett-led show's blood still fresh in the water, The Guardian turned to the American screenwriter to explain the best ways to get a sitcom cancelled. Let the hilarity ensue!

TerminatorArnold Schwarzenegger is back, officially fielding offers for his long-awaited Hollywood return—and when he's finally in front of the camera, it could very well be in a familiar role.

Deadline reports that with Schwarzenegger back in the game, interest is picking up for a fifth "Terminator" film, particularly from Universal Pictures. The studio is reportedly considering an approach to the franchise that would put "Fast Five" filmmaker Justin Lin and screenwriter Chris Morgan behind the driver's seat, though their involvement is far from official at this early stage.

Sherlock Holmes 2Perhaps this week is poised to be the week of title announcements? After yesterday's big reveal from Sony regarding the new Spidey movie, "The Amazing Spider-Man," Warner Brothers announced today that the highly anticipated re-teaming of Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law and Guy Ritchie for the sequel to 2009's blockbuster "Sherlock Holmes," is called...wait for it..."Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."

E! Online was first on the 'Net with the announcement, which Warner Brothers confirmed to MTV News. While the cynics at E! deemed the title "lame," I wouldn't go that far. Particularly since I'm not familiar enough with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's repetoire to know if "Game of Shadows" means anything with regard to plot line. What it does instantly bring to mind, however, is the highly anticipated HBO Series "A Game of Thrones." But I digress...

We have plenty of time to come to terms with the new title. The hint of "Shadows" only adds to the teases we've seen, by way of on-set interviews and cast members from the first film who may or may not be making cameo appearances in the second one.

The super sleuth's second installment, with Ritchie, RDJ and Law, is scheduled to be released December 16, 2011.

What do you think of the sequel's title? Drab or delightful? Tell us in the comment section or on Twitter!

G.I. JoeWith Cobra already on the rise, it's time to start looking towards "G.I. Joe 2." There's just one problem: the sequel lacks a director, following the official departure of Stephen Sommers earlier this year.

But the position won't be vacant for long, as two potential candidates have emerged: "The Italian Job" director F. Gary Gray and "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" helmer Jon M. Chu.

Latino Review got to the news first, and The Hollywood Reporter reiterated today that Gray and Chu are two of the top candidates for the "Joe" gig. Does that make either one of them the right fit for the franchise, though? You tell us – click past the jump and vote in our poll to tell us who you think should direct the "G.I. Joe" sequel!

The ConspiratorWith at least two different Abraham Lincoln films coming down the pipeline, it's understandable if the one featuring blood-sucking monsters and heavily armed vampire hunters is the one that catches your interest.

But you can keep your enthusiasm for "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" firmly intact while still carving out room for "The Conspirator." James McAvoy and Robin Wright star in the Robert Redford-directed period piece that examines the fallout of President Lincoln's assassination, unraveling a highly complicated plot filled with danger and deception at every turn.

If that's not enough to convince you, then maybe what you need is something a bit more visual. Luckily, we've got you covered on that – after the jump, check out the official poster for "The Conspirator."

Pee-wee HermanJust in case the already-impressive lineup of films set to be screened at the 2011 South By Southwest Festival weren't enough to lure movie fans to Austin, Texas, the announcement of the film panels ought to do the trick.

In addition to releasing the schedule for the 10-day music, movies and arts fest (March 11-20) on the SXSW website, comes the news of who will serve as panelists for the 100+ panels planned.

Among just some of the notable names making their way to the film portion of the conference (which runs from March 11-15 and also features workshops and mentor sessions) are "The Hangover 2" director Todd Phillips and Mr. Pee-wee Herman himself, Paul Reubens, both of whom will be the focus of their own key panel discussions.
