An action-hero ensemble like the one featured in "The Expendables" -- Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren and more, all in the same movie -- comes around once in a blue moon.
So it's safe to say that fans of the genre are probably looking forward to November 23 when the DVD and Blu-ray hits store shelves. To whet your appetite until then, we've got an exclusive clip from the high-def bonus features. In the video, we see how a gun-toting Sly Stallone organizes a complex fight scene. For fans of the iconic action hero, it's an interesting dissection of what goes through his mind when setting up intense hand-to-hand combat.
What do you think of the clip? Will you be buying "The Expendables" when it hits DVD?

"Harry Potter" is sure to go down in history as one of the most memorable fantasy series of all time, and a big part of the reason that the story of the Boy Who Lived has remained so popular is that Harry and pals have had such formidable foes along the way. Voldemort is unquestionably one of the most evil and terrifying villains in pop culture history and, unfortunately for Harry, He Who Must Not Be Named (but often is) is surrounded by a whole bunch of other horrible people. But what's worse is that Harry's enemies don't stop at just Voldemort's loyal supporters, but also include politicians who are supposed to be supporting him, his fellow students and his own family.
In preparation for the November 19 release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," we took on the daunting task of ranking the top 10 vilest "Harry Potter" villains of all time. With so many baddies to choose from, we had a hard time narrowing down the list (obviously, we couldn't include every single Death Eater)... but, inspired by Harry's steely refusal to give up, we persevered and completed the task. Check out our picks below! Read more...

Everyone's favorite Fockers are back, just in time for the holiday season! It's been nearly 10 years since we first encountered the shenanigans, catastrophes and awkward comedy of the Focker and Byrnes families, and now they've invited us join them for a third cinematic adventure, "Little Fockers," helmed by Paul Weitz (brother of "New Moon" director, Chris Weitz).
This time around, the film focuses on how the addition of two new Fockers, Greg (Ben Stiller) and Pam's (Terri Polo) 5-year-old twins Henry and Samantha, affects the fam. And it also deals with Jack's (Robert De Niro) realization that Greg is next in line to be the Byrnes-Focker patriarch or, as he likes to put it, the "Godfocker." All the main players, including Blythe Danner, Barbara Streisand, Dustin Hoffman and even Owen Wilson, return. Read more...

It's been a few weeks since the whole Mel Gibson casting fiasco in "The Hangover 2," and though most of the controversy and discussion over giving Gibson the role and then taking it away has died down, director Todd Phillips has had plenty of opportunities to talk about the situation while he's been promoting "Due Date." When he sat down with MTV last week he admitted that he was "surprised" at the backlash and the public's lack of empathy for Gibson.
And, during a recent conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Phillips addressed the conversation he had with Gibson when he rescinded the role and revealed Gibson's response to the news. "We just had a long talk about it, I explained it," Phillips said. "He certainly understood, you know. He wasn't happy, but he certainly wasn't upset, I mean, it just was kind of a bummer because I think he understood the intention of the casting and the role." Read more...

When the world was first introduced to Channing Tatum in 2006 with "She's The Man," I don't think any of us would ever have expected to condone, let alone like, a trailer starring him as Roman centurion from 140 A.D. But the fact that Tatum manages to maintain a convincing Roman accent throughout the entirety of the "The Eagle" trailer definitely earns him points in his favor. And with co-stars Donald Sutherland, Jamie Bell and Mark Strong to support him, our excitement factor for this flick just increased exponentially.
"The Eagle" follows Tatum as Marcus Aquila, who is trying to discover the truth behind his father's legion, the Ninth, that disappeared beyond Hadrian's Wall 20 years earlier. Enlisting the help of the slave Esca (Bell), Marcus travels beyond the wall to try to find the lost Legion and recover their missing eagle standard. Read more...

In 1977, "Star Wars" introduced moviegoers to a whole new galaxy (far, far away) of mammoth spacecrafts, endearing Ewoks, life-like androids, exotic planets, vile Sith Lords and heroic Jedi Knights. The movie and its sequels revolutionized filmmaking as we know it, captivated generations of fans, and inspired countless pop-culture references, homages and copycats.
And now, "Star Wars" has inspired a whole bookful of original art. Just as George Lucas based his visual plan for the "Star Wars" universe on the works of N. C. Wyeth and Norman Rockwell, he's invited more than 100 well-know and up-and-coming artists -- including, Moebius, Alex Ross and Jamie Wyeth -- to take their inspiration from the worlds and characters he has created. The result is "Star Wars Art: Visions," a book from Abrams/Lucasfilm of never-before-seen original "Star Wars" art that sheds a whole new light on Luke, Leia, Han, Vader, Anakin, Padme and the universe they inhabit. It's a must-have for any diehard "Wars" fan and any art enthusiast.
Hit the jump for an exclusive look at two of the book's most unique pieces of artwork: one depicting a very serene baby Darth Maul (I crap you not), the other offering a new take on an iconic image of Princess Leia. Read more...

With all eyes turned to November 19 and the long-anticipated release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1," it only makes sense that Hammer Films decided to release the first official images of Daniel Radcliffe in "The Woman in Black," Radcliffe's first film role since hanging up Potter's wand. We've been spending so much time looking back at the man behind the boy wizard over the past few days, it's a little disconcerting to see him so grown up!
Back in September, some photos were released by The Telegraph that showed Radcliffe filming some scenes from the movie, and these new official photos seem to be the product of that shoot. Just look how mature Radcliffe looks with all that facial hair! Hit the jump for another photo.

Tyrese Gibson said that yesterday would be the last day of filming for "Transformers 3," and it looks like everything went down as planned. In fact, according to his posts he treated Michael Bay to a Lakers game to celebrate.
Former President George W. Bush has also been doing some celebrating, now that his new book "Decision Points" is out. He received praise from both Donnie Wahlberg and Stephen Colbert today on Twitter, though one of those posts might be a little more sincere than the other. Check out what they said after the jump, along with what it might be like to hire Randy Moss for yourself... and which "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" actress now seems to be on Twitter, though has yet to be verified.

Remember the Sandra Bullock-Keanu Reeves thriller "Speed"? Well, director Tony Scott's "Unstoppable" is kind of like that, except it subs an unmanned runaway train carrying toxic chemicals for a bomb-strapped bus, ditches the Keanu-Sandra sexual tension for a Denzel Washington-Chris Pine reluctant bromance, and does not feature a deliciously villainous turn from Dennis Hopper. No, in "Unstoppable," the villain is the out-of-control train itself, which, as the trailers like to remind us, is basically "a missile the size of a skyscraper" on a collision course with about 100,000 people. Not good times.
Heroic guys that they are, Washington's soon-to-be-retired engineer and Pine's newbie conductor volunteer to chase down this runaway train before it goes off the rails and blows an entire city to high heaven. In the exclusive clip below, Washington decides to go for a mid-pursuit run across the tops of the train he and Pine are using to pursue the aforementioned automotive missile, while Pine is left to man the steering wheel. Not quite surprisingly, not all goes smoothly. Check out the clip after the jump. Read more...
