The countdown to the November 19 release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" continues today with a new featurette that offers a behind-the-scenes peek at the making of the first installment of the epic two-part finale. You'll be happy to hear that there's a generous helping of never-before-seen footage in there, including some intense video from the Hagrid-Harry motorcycle chase scene that looks like it'd be right at home in a Bruce Willis action movie. And there are interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and director David Yates talking about what sets "Deathly Hallows" apart from the previous films -- namely, the fact that it's basically a road buddy movie on an epically large scale.
But to be honest, the thing that really strikes a chord in the featurette is the unabashedly sentimental intro, a montage of scenes from the first six "Potter" films that reminds us that we've already spent the better part of a decade with Harry, Hermione and Ron (and the actors who play them). It reminds us that we've seen these kids grow up before our very eyes. And it reminds us that [single tear forming in corner of eye] when the credits roll at the end of "Deathly Hallows: Part 2" next July it truly will be THE END. For real. Read More...

Can the canvas of the afterlife be navigated like the colors and curves of a Monet painting, as Robin Williams did in "What Dreams May Come"? If we have unfinished business, will we be unable to cross over until it's resolved, as with Patrick Swayze in "Ghost"? Or will we be forced to endure a test prior to admission past the Pearly Gates, like Albert Brooks in "Defending Your Life"?
