"Eclipse" cleaned up at the Teen Choice Awards last night, and a few of the film's cast members tweeted highlights over the course of the night. Lots of other were sounding off, too, as the night went on, such as Miranda Cosgrove, Kim Kardashian and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who was just happy to have had some votes.

Meanwhile at a very different type of event, Paul Reubens was hanging out at the legendary biker rally at Sturgis, posing as his alter-ego Pee-Wee Herman and recreating some magic from "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure." Find out who he was partying with after the jump, along with a sternly worded photo post from Wes Craven.

"Takers," hitting theaters August 27, is a confluence of awesome things. You've got a great cast, led by Matt Dillon, Paul Walker and "The Wire"'s Idris Elba (Stringer Bell folks!). You've got some pop culture superstars, in the form of T.I. and Chris Brown. And you've got a fun heist tale in which a group of bank robbers hatch a plan to grab a quick $25-30 million... only things don't go as easy as they'd like (naturally). In the clip below, T.I. lays out the plan for his group of willing participants.

Adam McKay is coming off the high of a $35.6 million opening for "The Other Guys" and is readying plans to adapt the ultra-dark comic series, "The Boys," for the big screen. He's also eyeing a smaller project that would mark his most mature cinematic work to date: a darkly comic take on the life of Lee Atwater, the GOP political consultant perhaps most infamous for George Bush's race-baiting Willie Horton during the 1988 presidential campaign.

In an interview with MTV News, McKay talked about why the project interests him so greatly, why the movie will be anything but preachy, and why Jim Carrey or Ed Norton might be the perfect actor to play Atwater. Read More...

Jason Statham is stepping things up in his career this Friday with a leading role in the ensembles '80s throwback action flick from writer/director Sylvester Stallone, "The Expendables." After you've appeared in a movie led by what is arguably one of the biggest action stars of the last 30 years, where do you go?

Charles Bronson's house, apparently. Over the weekend I received a press release revealing that CBS Films picked up the distribution rights to "The Mechanic," a remake of the Bronson film from 1972 starring Statham and Ben Foster. Statham will take the Bronson role, a hitman who takes on an apprentice (Foster) who happens to be connected to someone Statham's character's own master killed. I've never seen the original, but I like both of these actors and I like Charles Bronson. Looking forward to seeing how this one comes together.

Ethan Hawke's been an Interpol agent, a philosophizing dream-walker, a vampire with a conscience, a good-guy cop, a bad-guy cop and all sorts of other things in his career. Violinist is a new one though.

Variety reports that Hawke has joined the cast of director Yaron Zilberman's "A Late Quartet." He'll star as a depressed second violinist who feels he doesn't spend enough time in the spotlight. Some marital infidelity ensues and Hawke's character is left feeling miserable as a result of his actions. Serves him right. After that, the actor will be returning to the theatrical stage for a pair of upcoming productions: "Blood From a Stone" and "The Numbers Station."

First, let's set the record straight. "Avatar" is coming to theaters again on August 27. Director James Cameron was forced to cede 3-D screens to "Alice in Wonderland" earlier in the year, so he wanted to give audiences a chance to catch it again. To make it worth everyone's time, the filmmaker went in and added another nine -- not eight, as the press release originally stated -- minutes of footage to the movie, stuff that didn't make the original final cut. Speaking to MTV's Josh Horowitz last week, Cameron ran through what we can expect to see when the re-cut "Avatar" hits theaters.

Keep reading for the full details. I've got a scene-by-scene breakdown waiting for you after the jump, all of it straight from Cameron himself. Read More...

Back in June, "The Other Guys" star Mark Wahlberg had some interesting news for MTV about HBO's "Entourage," which he executive produces. Explaining that he is "more focused on making that movie than my own films," Wahlberg went on to reveal that the plan is for a six-episode mini-season next year, to be followed by a movie.

Now that information has been doubly confirmed, by HBO's president of programming Michael Lombardo. Speaking at the just-concluded Television Critics Association press tour, he confirmed that "Entourage" will end next summer, with the hoping being for a movie to follow the series. "Doug clearly wants to write a film but wants to do it if it makes sense for the story," Lombardo said. "We have a long-term relationship with Doug Ellin, and I'm sure you'll soon see another series from him here. But next summer will definitely be the final season of 'Entourage.'" (via Deadline)

Editor's note: After this article was published, Jason Bateman tweeted that he was just "thinking out loud" when he suggested Aniston for a role in the "Arrested Development" movie.

It's been so long, fans can be forgiven for thinking that an "Arrested Development" movie is never going to happen. There's been a flurry of news lately on that front though. Really, just one piece of news that has allowed all of the canceled TV series' various participants to switch from saying "I hope it happens" to "the script is half-finished." Now we can take that news one step further; speaking to MTV over the weekend at the press junket for "The Switch," "Arrested" star Jason Bateman revealed something about his "Switch" co-star Jennifer Aniston and her connection to the long-awaited TV adaptation.

"Yeah, actually, there's a real good part for her in the 'Arrested Development' movie," he said. "There's no offers on this one. She's gonna have to sing for her supper. I don't know, we'll see if she's available. She's busy. She's pretty famous; I don't know if you've heard of her. She's pretty backed up. Hopefully the guy who's in charge will like her for that part because I'm going to suggest her." Read More...

"I'm.mortal" just keeps getting better. First it was revealed that the movie would mark director Andrew Niccol's return to sci-fi. Then Amanda Seyfried joined the cast, followed by Justin Timberlake (who is still in negotiations). Now, "Inception" actor Cillian Murphy is in "final negotiations" to join the cast as well, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The story is set in a future where the aging gene has been discovered and switched off. To prevent overpopulation, people now spend time the way we do money, on luxuries and necessities. Timberlake (if cast) will play a poor man who suddenly ends up with a fortune in time to spend. This leads to him becoming the target of a murder investigation; while on the run, he kidnaps a wealthy, young heiress (Seyfried). Murphy is up for a role playing an officer of the Timekeepers, which sounds like some sort of law enforcement body. Between Niccol and the cast that's firming up, "I'm.mortal" is sounding like it's going to be a good time.
