Denzel Washington plays a mean bad guy, both in the sense that his villainous characters are thoroughly reprehensible and also in the sense that… well, he's awesome at playing the bad guy, as seen in his Oscar-winning role in "Training Day."
Those of you who love to hate Washington are in for some good news, as Vulture reports that the actor is in negotiations for another antagonist turn in "Safe House." The David Guggenheim-written spy thriller takes place in South America, focusing on a young U.S. intelligence agent who is forced to go on the run alongside his newly arrived prisoner (Washington) once the titular safe house comes under attack.
