Nearly every MTV Movie Awards show has them: those clever movie spoofs that send up the very best of the year's hit films at the same time that much respect is paid toward Hollywood's finest creations. Just to name a few, there's been Mike Myers and Jenny McCarthy recreating "Romeo and Juliet"; Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. mashing up "Iron Man," "Kung Fu Panda" and "Tropic Thunder"; and last year, Aziz Ansari joined host Andy Samberg for a tweaking of "Star Trek."
What will the 2010 MTV Movie Awards bring to the satirical table? MTV News has got an exclusive sneak peek at what Aziz — this year's host — has got in the works. "Aziz has prepared three different films, as well as a song," show exec producer Lee Rolontz told us. "The opening, he's definitely spoofing on 'Avatar' a bit. And look for Aziz impersonating Gabourey Sidibe in 'Precious.' He's a little smaller, but not quiet as beautiful as Gabourey."
Hit play on the video below to get the full scoop. And tune in tonight at 9/8c to see how all the spoofs come together.
